I rated this at 5 stars, because it was the product that I ordered, and it arrived undamaged, in a timely manner.However, if I could go back, I would have got the liquid "crock pot" style heater from the start. The dry stones can't compare to the wet stones. But again, that was my mistake, not the merchant's.

Muy facil de utilizar, comodas en agarre, se calientan bastante, tienes q tener cuidado, yo las conecto por 45mnts y luego abro el maletin para q enfrien y paso a dar el masaje cn ellas.

I was kind of scared to order this since the reviews weren’t so good. But it is very easy to use. Such a pretty little pink case. All of the stones get Pluto and fit in the case . It take about 30-35min to get hot and it came on time .I am very very pleased with this purchase.Thank you !

It takes longer than expected to reach full temperature and then some of the stones are hotter than others. Uneven heating.

These stones take about 45 mins to heat up, the latch comes undone and stones fall out when case is lifted. Within using 5 times the handle broke off the case. Stones are decent quality.
