It’s really easy to use. I just had a business trip a few days ago, so I don’t have time to comment. Now I have time to talk about it. It’s really easy to use. It’s much more laborious than being on the ground. It’s so good to use, I really regret it. Buy early, lazy people must have it. No strength, gently push forward to the front can be very clean, children can use, no longer have to bend over, finally liberated my old waist, after sale is also very good, It’s a very fortunate thing to wipe the ground before, and it’s addictive now.

If I could give it zero stars I would... By far the WORST product I've ever purchased. 1st it came in a damaged box, 2nd one of the pads was already dirty, 3rd there was no way to contact any of the other accessories to the hand held part... I tried to use it and in less then 2-3min the hand held part kept falling out, I grabbed it to click it back in and burnt the crap out of my hand... WHY ON EARTH DOES THE HANDLE GET SO FREAKING HOT!?!?!? I received it and 10mins later it's back in the box being returned. Very cheaply made.

As I was looking through Amazon’s steam cleaners, I came across this one. When I first read the reviews, it had 5/5 and all the reviews seemed promising. Not one bad review in there. And since it’s a new model (2020), I thought to myself, this is the perfect one! I received the steam mop yesterday, I used the handheld device and it was horrible. The handheld got extremely hot so I couldn’t hold it and the steam didn’t come out. I had to keep rotating the steam volume adjustment knob. Then it started leaking through the accessory adaptor. As I was going through my order list so that I can return this item, I re-read the reviews and it was now 4/5. It’s not even a 4/5, it’s a 1/5

Recibí el paquete y seguí las instrucciones de uso. Pero al instalarlo me di cuenta que el compartimiento de mano no encajaba del todo bien. Decidí revisar y sorpresa, una pieza mínima del cabezal está rota, todo el agarre blanco está como doblado y no encaja bien. Y la pieza gris que agarra el dispositivo rojo de mano, venía doblfo por tanto esa pieza no queda bien sujeta.Se puede usar pero no es seguro.Todo El aparato se calienta mucho. La verdad estoy muy desilusionada porque esperaba con ansia poder usar este artefacto en mi casa . Perdí mi dinero.Vivo en Costa Rica y quisiera saber si la empresa se hará responsable de cambiarme el dispositivo. Ya que no se puede arreglar. Viene malo de fábrica .

I bought it for its versatility but have not tried out all the options yet, I did clean my kitchen floor with it and ran it over on the steam setting our rug. I love it, hands down. Priced right and will get these as house warming gifts for those that would enjoy it.***edited may 2. My only complaint is there is a small water reservoir so if you have a lot of floor space, you will need to refill it often.** edited May 18th - no longer working, had to return. Could just have been mine that was defective, but it really is too bad. Of course, this was a no hassle return with Amazon.

This steam cleaner is a gem! So easy to use. I love the shape of the cleaning pad for floors because it allows you to get into to corners. You can use water for just plain steam but it also has a separate compartment if you want to add a cleaner. It’s great and is a good value!! Lots of attachments to clean anything! Highly recommend!!

Only got to use once. Used the adapter to steam my appliances first then switched to my hardwood floors. Worked well for 20 minutes. I then went to use the attachments again but the plastic part where the adaptor fits in had warped and the attachment would not fit into the end anymore. Needless to say I’ve already returned this product and will have to look for something newer with more substantial parts.

I've used it twice and both times did a fair job in small area tested.. Purchased in Sept 2019 so 30 day return window closed. No warranty by manufacturer. Plugged it in today and does not work. I did not see 22% 1 star reviews when I purchased. Do not buy. Not sure what is going on with Amazon reviews these days. Very annoying.
