I ordered one of the Ming's Mark heavy duty folding director's chair hoping I would not be disappointed in the size,stability or quality of the chair. To my complete satisfaction this chair is everything I wanted.So much so, I ordered a second chair for my better half.The chair is roomy, sturdy and has the extra amenities like the cushioned arm rest, table, drink holderand tote bag to hold whatever you deem necessary for your comfort. It is worth the extra money forits comfort and conveniences. Avoid an injury and save your dignity from taking a fall along with the rest of yourselfby not taking a chance with a lesser quality, saggy bottom canvas folding chair that you can hardly manage to get out of!~ The Boss

The sturdiness is the best thing about this chair. It is extremely easy to unfold or put away. I love the color, Gig Em Aggies! I am a large, tall person and it sits high off the floor and is very easy to get in and out of. Not too heavy to carry either. The table on the side is handy if you need it and the cooler bag is easily removable if you don't want it in the way. I will buy more to make a set. The price is great too, and very prompt delivery.

ORIGINAL POSTING: July 5, 2010Before I bought these chairs, I read the reviews from others. These are the best folding chairs. They are comfortable, sturdy and because of the height of the chair, they are so easy to get out of. If I had to do it again, I would definitely order these again. They are worth every penny that I paid for them.UPDATE: July 27, 2022We are still using these 2 chairs that I purchased over 12 years ago. We have had no issues with the chairs/fabric. We only use them when going someplace else that requires us to bring our own chairs. We still find them comfortable even when sitting in them for hours. Would not hesitate to buy these same chairs again. Money well spent!

I purchased this product for my wife who has recently had hip surgery to watch our sons games. this chair worked very well and was comfortable for her given her restrictions after hip replacement. This chair has been used for 15 baseball games, has not been in weather or mistreated by children or inappropriate use and yesterday the seat riped out at the seam. This is a huge price to pay for 15 game and is rediculous. We have been attending games every summer for 6 years now with our other chairs that are still going strong and were less than half the price. This chair was a good height, folding table was handy though hard on the hands to lock into place, the seat made a lot of noise when sitting in and getting out of and was awkward to carry. Over all this product didn't even last one summer of easy use, and was a huge waste of our money. I will be trying to contact the seller to see what I can do about a refund. Don't want a replacement.

Got this one, and one just regular duty, BOTH are Ming's Mark. Both have outstanding build quality.Unless you just dont read the rating on them ( 200lbs and 250lbs ), you shouldnt be able to bust them.If your weight exceeds it, but not by much, you might get away with it, especially on the heavy duty one, it seems to bevery nicely built, the lighter one is no slouch, but you can see the extra bit in this one, to be rated "heavy duty ".Table with built in drink holder, side bag for goodies, extras, utensils, salt n peppa, etc.About only thing I could add, would be a pad for lower back ( if I am to lazy to bring my own that is ), so when you are stuffed you dont have to move period.Other than that, I mean, its a camping chair, it does what its suppose to very well, and definitely worth the money.

I bought two of these chairs. One showed up so far. These are very sturdy. I have to old ones that are at least 15 years old or older. I have been looking for these for a long time. These are the exact match of my old ones. They are holding up well but definitely loosened up a lot compared to the new ones. These chair I have have taken a beating. They have been to lots of Nascar racer and other outdoor events and never disappoint. If the new ones last even half as long then it's a good buy. They are the same so I expect them to be around for many years to come. They are a little awkward to carry unless you're 6 foot 6. I am going to make some shoulder straps for them. They are pretty light for what they are. I Am 280 LBS and holds my big ass with no problem. Never have they ever collapsed. The new chair is pretty Squeaky with the material. I am sure they will get better after broken in. My old ones did the same thing. The only difference is my old ones came with a strap on holder you can store thing In. I never used them.

I play a lot of outdoor sports and go camping fairly frequently and needed a good chair to go with me. After reading up on all the camping chairs I decided to go with the Ming's Mark. I knew this would be an investment, but how often do I really buy camping chairs? So mine-as-well get a good one right?Well this one is really good. The darn thing is extremely sturdy and well built. The folding mechanism feels really solid like it will never fail. The table is solid and really easy to clean. The cooler and pockets are perfect for camping. You can put all your phones, wallets, ipods, keys, etc. close by you and it becomes a hub for all your crap. The cooler does a good job at keeping your drinks cold...nothin special, but ca mon, you have a cooler strapped to your chair...how cool is that?The only problem I have is the lack of lumbar support. I have a semi bad back and I really love lumbar support. So I am REALLY missing that on this chair. I can't really figure out how they would "add" something like that on this thing and still make it fold like it does, so I am not too mad about it. I just took a small pillow and put it back there and all is solved.If I could give 4.5 stars I would have, but without the lumbar I can't give 5. Overall, awesome, solid chair that you will probably have forever! Definitely recommended, but bring a lil back pillow along.

These chairs are super light weight very comfortable. The height is good for my legs all around great chair.

Excellent quality, very well made. Light weight but sturdy.. Took quite a while to get here, but well worth the wait.
