After enjoying Ewald and Hall's last 2 inspirational books, "American Rustic" and "Rustic Modern", I was very excited to learn that they were teaming up again on another design book. We are feverishly working on the design details of our own home renovation, and the images captured by Ms. Hall, combined with the eloquent and informational descriptions by Ms. Ewald, are just what we are looking for as we reimagine our own home's potential. This beautiful book will take prime position on our main gathering table, and I bought a second copy to gift to a friend who is also beginning her remodel process.

Beautifully photographed book of western homes primarily in Wyoming. Imaginative designs by a varied group of architects and designers with awesome craftsmanship. A wonderful display of woods and textiles combined to give these homes a warm comfortable feel. Lots of custom metal work details and light fixtures. A joy to look through and have as a coffee table book.

Great addition to my collection!

A big, solid book -- really beautiful. Lettering on the cover is raised; photos are huge and make you want to step into them. (Posting one with this review.) I agree with the reviewer who says that flipping through these pages is a wonderful escape. I'm a city person (Chicago) and don't expect I'll ever have a cabin (some of these are so spectacular I wouldn't even call them "cabins"), but a man can dream!
