I think it's perfect General Chemistry book for college level students. My professor was not very good in lectures, so I ended up reading each chapter by myself... and I didn't disappointed. The quality of explanations, lots of examples made the comprehension easier and the study process smoother. Almost each chapter has the examples of problems solved, it was helpful since I studied for quizzes and exams as well. I highly recommend this book.P.S. It's super heavy :)

This is my college chemistry book for freshman chemistry. Came quickly and I use it everyday for classes.

The book was actually new except for some highlighted paragraphs in chapter 1. Otherwise, it's pristine. however, I was so disappointed that Chapter 3 is missing. Pages 137 to 164 are missing and I can't return because it has passed the dates we're allowed to return. I guess the lesson is to check all the pages once they arrive.
