Nice WC, Shame About Seat And Flapper
The WC china appears solidly built but let down by the fact the wooden seat was broken on delivery. The WC was installed by a plumber who realised there was a problem with the water outlet flapper. Fortunately I was able to obtain a cheap replacement which worked- I could not see how the flapper supplied with the WC would have ever worked. The issue I had with the seat was corrected quickly by the customer service department. Overall solid build spoilt by the minor niggles stated.

Smart and practical
This was bought to replace a modern 'comfort height' loo that just wasn't comfortable, and had a tiny cistern that flushed very poorly with a two-piece button that hurt our fingers. This is so, so much better, and looks really nice too.

Great product. We had a terrible experience with a very popular bathroom supplier who wasn't able to send the toilet (3 times!) Mot smashed. However this Amazom delivery was perfect and better quality. Highly recommended 👌.

Easy to install. Slightly smaller than some other famous British toilets. If you have a large rear then make sure measurements are ok for you.
