Can I get these but smaller?

Don’t waste your time Using this brand I used about 20 and each and every one of them have fallen off.

They are plastic and no electronics so id assume yes - i doubt the sticky backing is though

Are the sticky pads white? We have received some that are black?

No the sticky pads are black for the transparent clips which doesn’t make sense at all! I contacted the seller to query this because the clips didn’t look transparent with the black sticky showing through. They very kindly sent me white clips which had white sticky’s which look much better

Do they stick on painted wall?

I had stuck them onto a painted skirting board and they started to drop off and pulled some of the paint of also. I took them off completely and got my flex stapled on instead so I wouldn't recommend buying them.
