It's a giant steel digging bar, what's not to love
Very happy with the money spent on purchasing this tool. This solid steel heavy duty tool will satisfy all of your digging, cracking, and prying needs. I do with it had a little hump or bent lever end on on side for prying a bit better, but I love this tool. I've pried 2-3000 pound rocks into place with it and it barely shows a mark. Good quality heat treatment on this tool.

This shorter digging bar is great on a slope
I wasn't sure what length bar to buy so the 60 inch San Angelo seemed big enough for my height (five foot two). When it arrived it seemed unbalanced and heavy in comparison to the slightly longer borrowed digging bar I'd been using to make postholes. It turns out it WAS heavier than the longer one by half a pound, I considered returning it but it works well when you're terracing a slope, not so well on the level unfortunately... The longer bar is still on my wish list, it was like a finely balanced instrument somehow and really took little strength to move lots of turf...
