This is an awesome product! Very lightweight yet it stays where you put it thanks to the magnets on the corners. It is waterproof to an extent.I live in Florida and we get heavy rain, I have this covering my table saw. We got a storm and the rain came into the porch and made a puddle on the top of the table saw. It did end up leaking through but not extremely bad.

Magnets aren't much use, but the cover is very nice - helps keep my cast iron top clean and free from rust. I have a SawStop Professional table saw with a 27" deep table and T-Glide fence system capable of a 36" rip cut to the right. If I had it to do over i'd probably go for the next size up - in fact I may yet do that and drape this over my jointer.

It's a nice cover, like the magnets to help it stay in place when I open the garage door to bring my vehicle in/out. If there is a breeze my cloth covers can and usually get blown off.

I have my joiner located in the garage as it is too large and heavy to move it to the basement. This Large Machine Cover HTC TS-9072 Heavy Duty, Breathable Tool Cover keeps the moisture off the jointer and rust is no longer a problem.

I purchased this to cover my telescopes. They are in a dome so rain isn't an issue but dust is. The equipment remains clean and ready to use and because the material is breathable, no moisture buildup.

Inexpensive

I have a couple of these HTC machine covers. The material seems of very high quality and I'd expect it to perform well overtime. After a couple of weeks in my garage shop, in the South Carolin summer, my covered tools seem to be doing just fine - no collected moisture and no rust. The construction is solid. This size cover works ok on my Dewalt planner, though there's a lot of excess material. I'd just as soon have grommet holes for bungee cords than the magnets. They aren't particularly effective at holding the cover neatly in place. Overall, though I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The iron top on my table saw is prone to rust in my uninsulated garage-shop and this cover fits perfectly and seems to be doing a great job in protecting my saw.

I have used these breathable machine covers for over 20 yrs. The latest one is a different fabric than the old ones, so hopefully it will perform the same way.

About my sixth cover. They are great and they work. I have never had an issue with any of my tools. I suspect that is due to using these covers when the tools are not in use. I automatically buy a new one whenever I add a tool to my shop.
