Electrified ET-LAX100 Replacement Lamp with Housing for Panasonic Projectors

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BULB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I purchased this bulb as a replacement to the original that had lasted me over 4 years and 2500 hours. I have a Panasonic PT-AX100U and have been very satisfied. In November 2010 I started receiving the message to replace the bulb so I ordered the Electrified replacement and stored it until the original went out, (trying to get my $ worth.)It only lasted 4 months and had only about 10 hours on it when it burned out!!!!This is a rip off and a piece of junk. To top it off the customer service dept. at Electrified is a joke. I tried explaining my problem to get some sort of refund or exchange, but all I got in return was someone reading a warranty back to me telling me I was outside of warranty from purchase date.I kindly explained to the customer service rep. that would not let me talk to a supervisor that he better start looking for a new job since companies like this one will not be in business very long......happy to pass it along.

The ad seemed misleading to me. I thought I was getting an original. Instead, it was an OEM(copy). The bulb was shipped defective. The housing was not attached to the lamp.I had previously purchased an original and an OEM (duplicate look-alike) lamp. The quality difference between the original lamp and the copy is vast. The picture quality (especially HD) is much better with the original. So, it is better to pay the full price and get the original in my opinion. I ordered a copy to save money. But, should have just gone for the original.The only good thing was the customer service folks at Electrified. They were extremely helpful and professional. They processed my refund in record time.

I see so many negative posts about this. It is currently $54 and so I'm not going to expect 2000 hours like the $400 bulb will provide, if you expect and/or want that... then dish out the $400 and stop wasting time on these posts. I haven't had my bulb for too long, but I have watched several movies on it thus far and I'm very pleased. It is very easy to install. It is absolutely brighter than my old one that had 2500 hours on it. I recommend you go online and download the manual of your product so you install correctly. Also.. don't forget to clean your projectors filter and prevent overheating the bulb.... if you are looking for a replacement and haven't cleaned your filter yet, then it is time. Overall, I'm a happy buyer and it works as intended.

I tried this lamp a few times hoping that the lower price would make it a good alternative to the $ 300 model. I only got around 700 hours out of this model but got closer to 2000 out of the more expensive model. So while it is roughly proportionate in lamp time and cost to the more expensive model I don't recommend this one because of the overhead of your time changing the lamp more frequently.

Amazon Prime lived up to it's shipping promise but the product quality was terrible. The lamp looked new coming out of the box, was easy to install. I knew something was wrong with the lamp as soon as I turned on the projector as the light was dimmer than the bulb being replaced. Within 2 hours of projection, the lamp went out. I should have listened to the other reviewers but I thought Amazon would have done a better job of ensuring the quality with so many bad reviews.

I purchased this lamp assembly 5 months ago to replace the original lamp that was getting dim at 2500 hours. Installed this lamp and at 650 hours it is dead. Very shortly after installing the lamp it started getting dim and at 650 hours it was much dimmer than the original lamp and now it is dead. This is not a Panasonic lamp. I recommend now - pay the price and purchase the Panasonic replacement lamp as I am going to do.

Unbelievable! My lamp failed after 10 minutes!!! And as I live in Brazil I lost USD 80.00!!! I do not reccomend this fake lamp and this company that sells a product with low quality! I am very disappointed also with Amazon, since allows a fake product in the website!One thing I did not care about but now I know how import is: check all the comments before shopping at Amazon!

I ran this bulb for a little less than 200 hours on my projector before it burned out. Basically it lasted for less than 5 months. There is no more contact information for the order since it is out of warranty. I would caution anyone buying this bulb against purchasing it from this seller. This should NOT have happened.
