This amazing and since buying it my boyfriend and mom have also got them. They are great for if your feeling too hot and need to cool down and are also good for headache and migraine relief which both me and my mom struggle with so these are brilliant. We all love them.

Amazing, works a treat for hot flushes. Cools you down much quicker than stripping off you clothes. I have it next to the bed at night, and next to me when just watching telly. At night I put it on the pillow when I have a flush. During the day I will hold it on my body during hot flushes. Brilliant.

This was supposed to be keeping me cool. It didn't.

Struggle to sleep at the best of times and am always too hot. Now I'm at that stage in life where night sweats have decided to appear. Since using the cooling gel mat just inside my pillowcase on top of the pillow, I've not had one night sweat and have been sleeping much better.

Can feel that it's cool to touch. Didn't stay cool for long.
