Not perfect but still pretty nice.
I ordered another case before this which I really didn't like so finding an all metal one that included a fan made my day. I just assembled this with my pi4 2gb and while I am quite happy, there are a few issues that keep me from giving 5 stars. The biggest issue is that it didn't include enough screws to close it up. It needs 8 x m3 4mm (length is a guess) screws to close it all up. You basically need 4 on both the the top and the bottom which attach to the the front and back pieces and securely close the thing up. Unfortunately it only comes with 4 of these screws so either you use 2 for each side or supply your own screws. Fortunetly I had some black m3 x 6mm nylon screws with pan heads that worked well enough on the bottom and had the added benefit of making it a little harder for the metal case to scratch whatever surface it's on. The other (albeit minor) issue is that there is only one standoff on the case for attaching the pi. The ports are what support the board in the other corners. While this shouldn't be a huge issue if you never take the pi out of the case, I personally don't like that the ports are what's being used to support the pi. Standoffs in the other corners would have been nice for piece of mind. The rest of my issues are more personal preference. To mount the fan, you put the screws through any of the top vent holes and place a nut on the other side. There is odd amount of holes in each line vent holes though so you can't get the fan perfectly center on the lid. Obviously this doesn't effect performance but visually it bothers me. Also none of those screws holes are beveled so the the fan screw heads sit above the surface of the case. Again, it doesn't effect performance but it bugs me that the otherwise smooth sleek case has 4 screw heads poking up. Would have been nice to have specific mounting holes for the fan that were beveled and some flat head screws to keep everything smooth. Finally, some rubber feet for the bottom would have been nice. A few stick on rubber feet would keep the mounting screws from scratching your desk or table. Most other cases I have purchased included built in feet or a few stick on feet you can add yourself so it was a little disappointing this didn't.If you are like me and have a bunch of PIs around you house then your probably have all the extra parts (screws and feet) to make this thing nearly perfect. If not, I recommend picking up 4 additional m3 x 4mm flat head screws and some small rubber stick on feet. Hopefully the manufacturer includes these in the future.

Nice looking case. Poor quality control. [UPDATED 2019.09.07]
Original Review 2019.09.05:Background: I have been using my rpi4 with the official rpi PoE hat for some time now. I have been holding off on ordering a case for it until a nice one was available which would both be compatible with the PoE hat and not be too tight of a fit and further aggravate the thermal issues that the rpi4 is known for. In the end, this was the case that I settled on for my pi.The good news is that the parts that I received appear to be of decent quality (I didn't have any issues with misaligned holes as some reviewers mentioned) and from what I can tell, it looks like it would in fact accommodate the pi with the PoE hat comfortably. The bad news is, I was sent two of the top part of the case instead of one top part and one bottom part (see attached photos). As it is, I am missing the most important part of the enclosure and can't properly assemble it. With a quality control issue of this nature, I unfortunately can't give this product better than a single star. I plan to contact the seller to see what they can do to resolve this issue, at which point I will update my review (and potentially the rating, depending on how it is handled).UPDATE 2019.09.07:After contacting the seller, I was able to swap out the case that I was sent with a new case and I must say that this new case is spot on. The case is a bit tricky to install (follow the instructions included in one of the customer product images), but in the end is totally worth it. Since I am installing my rpi4 with a PoE hat, my install process was slightly different (basically, you need to omit the installation of one of the posts, so that you can affix the rpi4 to the bottom part of the case, take a look at my new attached photos). After that, just make sure not to press down too hard on that corner when installing the PoE hat.The quality of the resulting case is as good as I could have hoped for and after having some interactions with the seller, I would have no reservations recommending this product to others. From my experience, the seller is quite concerned with customer satisfaction and as a result, I wouldn't be overly concerned with quality issues (if there is an issue, they will make sure to correct it for you). With all this in mind, my new rating for this product will be five stars as it has met or exceeded all of my expectations.

Nothing seems to fit quite right
It took a little more force than it seemed like it should to get everything to squeeze in. And then once you think you're done, the top cover doesn't quite fit right, as shown in the picture. I had to bend one of the side walls out a little to get those screws to fit. Didn't seem like I should have to, but that's what it took.EDIT: The seller has included the instructions attached to this review as part of the product listing, in lieu of including them with the hardware itself. Had these been included I would have had no issues with the product at all, so I'm increasing from 2 to 4 stars now that I see that the case needs to be taken fully apart in order to assemble. Regardless of assembly, this is a solidly built case.

Not Impressed
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The metal case is very nice - but I had to ream out some of the threads and re-thread in order to get the screws to actually go in correctly aligned. I bought this about three months ago - and the loudness of the fan made it where I could not put the Raspberry Pi behind my television - I ended up having to relocate it to my networking closet and route an HDMI balun through my networking to get it back to the television. The fan wasn't all that noticeable when I had the television on and something playing, but the high-pitched buzz was too much in a silent room. As this is a Raspberry Pi, I generally run them 24/7 - thus, needing to relocate the device. After three months of constant use, my wife woke me up today saying there was a very loud grinding noise coming from my networking closet. Upon further inspection, it appears this fan threw a bearing - and is now making even louder sounds that you can hear through walls. I will be purchasing a different type of case or fan to get this up to where it needs to be. The price is cheap, and you get just that...
