I can do my Highlander windshield from the ground with ease. At five feet I can stay off a ladder and get the job done. I use the tool to flip up one of the wipers and to pull it to me. The adjustable neck makes it easy to get the angle right for the washing side and the squeegee side. Very happy with it.

This window washer works well, perfect for getting at those hard-to-reach tall windows that inevitably get dirty. The pad is easily washable, and the squeegee side wipes clean with no residue. Same as with any squeegee, after one pull, you need to wipe the blade dry for best results.

The product itself works great. The only issue we have is that it does not telescope. I believe the telescoping pole is jammed.

Good quality but does not have extra parts of the scanner but it is a fairly practical. I used it to clean the glass of the main door of my hotel and the long windows

I typically don't write reviews; however, I felt compelled to for this product. After receiving this item, I was excited about using it because of all the positive reviews I had seen. Upon cleaning only the third window pane in my living room, the end of the stick breaks (tread part that connects to the scrubber / squeegee) and is now unusable. I was not applying much pressure at all, so I was very surprised that this happened. It makes me think that the material used to compose this tool is cheap and non-durable. Up until that point it was working well; however be careful when using as this product is extremely fragile.

Here in tropical Brazil I keep mine in the garage, I live in the countryside ,there is a mess of smashed bugs and mud to clean almost constantly. This product does the job just as promised.

Works really well. The end on it doesn't remotely look like the picture and no instructions (in English) come with it. However, I gave it a five because, it really did the job. And... no bending involved in cleaning floor to ceiling windows.

The THIN, soft pad on this does a nice job of cleaning the windows. BUT, the squeegee is WORTHLESS! It is placed ALMOST EVEN to the cleaning pad, so streaks all over, especially at the edges where the squeegee sticks out slightly but is too flexible to do a good job even there. Even worse, the cleaning pad is very thin, so after cleaning all the windows in our house, it's already showing some wear. However, I can't find any "replacement pads" for this, so it probably won't last more than one more round of house window cleaning. At $31, WAY OVERPRICED for such limited value.
