Eat Me Guilt Free High Protein Brownie: Healthy Low Carb Snack or Dessert, 22g Protein, Cinnamon Toast (12 Count)

Great taste and texture. I am counting my macros and this protein bar/snack is perfect. Due to my height I don’t have a lot fats or carbs I can consume throughout the day so I save them mainly for my pre and post workout. I have a EMGF bar every morning for breakfast at work with coffee. Again it is low of fats and carbs but high on protein. This is the best tasting and textured protein bar I’ve ever had ! It is a must try!!

Low carb, low cal, and high protein. They are a little dry but have with coffee or tea :)

I am post-bariatric 7 years.This is a great, on-the-run breakfast for me.I love the chocolate ones too for an afternoon snack!

I philosophically disagree with the concept of food guilt and find it inherently disordered. Our society needs to stop associating food choices with morality/guilt. That said, these do help me meet my daily protein target and do not taste awful like lots of baked protein products. They will definitely not perfectly mimick their non-protein counterparts in taste or texture (it would be a mistake to expect that of any fitness nutrition product) but they are perfect for when you are craving something sweet and bready but you need to maintain a certain macronutrient balance. The cinnamon flavor is especially good at masking the protein and fake sugar aftertastes that are all too common in protein baked goods. For me, these are a great tool for working toward my strength and nutrition goals.

It’s like Cinnamon Toast Crunch as a cake for carb-conscious adults, you must try!!! All Eat Me Guilt Free products are nothing short of incredible. It’s worth the price.

Very dry and crumbly compared to the other flavors. Birthday cake is decent and pumpkin spice is the best so far for what i hv tried

Funky chemical aftertaste; texture is good/moist but can’t get past the taste. Bad purchase on my part.

I know that I am eating a modified protein brownie so I expect a little dryness and not a complete brownie syndicate. As a fitness guru, these are awesome post workout. Plus I can’t have whey so the wheat protein is perfect. The price is a bit high but that is from the EMGF company who sells them for $38 (Plus $7 shipping) on their site. You still save using Amazon.
