This book, if applied to your life, will make you a better person as well as help you to brush off the many small issues in life. I would definately recomend this to teenagers because that is when the stresses of life start without you even knowing. The author gives great advise to help in any aspect of life. I also have the original "Don't sweat the small stuff" and "Don't sweat the small stuff about money". All worth the money. The author was a giving, loving Christian but sadly he died a few years back. I can only say that I hope to leave a positive impact on the world like he did. Good bathroom reading. You can read 1 or 2 chapters in minutes and you will see just how true his life experiences and solutions will work for you. Good for that family member or friend that seems to let everything bother them. Also helps those who have difficulty forgiving. God bless.

I always find it useful to read a small portion each day from the book for women so I bought this for my son. Very inspirational!

This book has good information, but not enough to change your life. There's better books out there and one of them is: How To Stop Worrying And Start Living by Dale Carnegie.

it helps to put life into proper perspective .it is really easy to understand and you will find that it fits into everyones life .

How did I end up with this nonsense . I mean how many " Chicken Soups " or " Don't sweat the small stuff " can one bear ? My wife got this for me and let's just say it made it's way safety into the garbage . It get the message I read the first one like 20 years ago , this is like the awful Jaws 5 movie or some other horrible spin off . Someone stop Richard Carlson please he is just run out of material and he knows it !!!

These books are always good reads. The folks that say these books are too basic I don't buy it. How deep do you really need to go to get it?
