This is a perfect book for ordinary everyday poses. Plus it shows every pose from several different angles, including high and low angles.

Exactly as I thought it would be. I wish all the poses were larger to see them better. Great catalog!

Good for drawing at night before bedtime. I think that light art before bed helps influence dreams and this book like the rest in this series of posing books is great.

I'll keep it short and quick. Shipping on this book was very fast... I want to say within a week.The poses inside are extremely helpful. I'm a Manga artist and if you're an artist dealing with the human figure then you know as well as I do how difficult it can be. With me it's the simplest things like skin folds and creases around joints when bending. Also in hands and feet.If you have any desire to draw the female human figure or you're already drawing the human figure, this book will help immensely. It has 24 angled photo shots of every pose.Just get this book already... lol :3

Wonderful pose collection, but it's too bad it doesn't have a DVD-ROM with full images so I could have full page versions of some of the poses because some are rather small.
