BlueParrott VXi B250-XTS Wireless Headset

I love it..it's an awesome bluetooth..Comfortable and very clear..easy to use.

I got this for my husband for when he drives a tractor trailer. The noise cancellation is excellent. He even dropped it in a puddle, and it worked fine after it dried. I highly recommend this product.

It connects properly maybe 60-70% of the time, but those 30-40% it cuts in and out. Almost always happens when connecting to a Mac laptop, often on Windows, and sometimes on Android (Pixel 3axl). So I really think the problem is the headset not the phone. My other in-ear earphones do not have this problem. However, once connected, it's convenient and has quite a long range. output volume is weak and quality is poor. However the microphone is surprisingly good for bluetooth.

Ordered a new headset because I had trouble with a refurbished one in the past. Paid $140 for a NEW headset and received a refurbished one. So for double the price I got a piece of junk that is staticky and I’m pretty furious right now!!

Bought this for my husband, who is a truck driver. I can hear him clearly when he calls.

Arrived on time, Packaged well and worked well. Bought to replace one that was 10 years old.

The best Bluetooth out here hands down

I bought this unit and a Blue Parrott 450, and both have the same problem. You can't hardly hear whoever is talking to you. Even with the Bluetooth volume on the phone all the way up and the volume control on the headset turned up hearing the other party is very tough. Any little bit of background noise on your end makes it impossible to hear. I put my old Blue Parrott 250 on,, loud and clear, I can hear the other party perfectly while outside in a windstorm. Extremely disappointed.
