The Sassafras Science Adventures 5: Volume 5: Geology

My kids love this series. They think they are funny and "awesome". They have learned so much from these books, and they often tell me about something interesting that they read in one of these books.

We use this product for science knowledge, my kids love it.

My 7yo asked me to stop reading the “babyish” book and both he and 10yo were insulted how unscientific it is. It’s been sitting on our shelf for a year and wish I’d figured out how awful it was during my return window. BFSU is our science go-to because it doesn’t condescend to kids - I was hoping for a fictional supplement but the poor writing & rambling storyline are so incredibly laborious to read and hopelessly condescending!
