Better than chemical guys Cannon
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Originally purchased chemical guys foam Cannon, and the nozzle would not hold the spray pattern I would twist it to. This one foams just as good and holds the nozzle, and significantly cheaper.

The New Foam Cannon King
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The king of foam cannons has just been dethroned! The MTM Hydro Foam Cannon has always been a detailers and professionals favorite foam cannon for years but now there is this. The Matcc Foam Cannon 3 is everything great about MTM but better.Every flaw of MTM Hydro’s Foam Cannon has been looked over and made better. The construction is impressively solid and every bit well thought out engineered. Matcc has definitely been listening because I have nothing bad to say about it. They noticed the flaws of the MTM and fixed all of it!3 things I hated about the MTM was it’s flimsy nozzle, odd shaped design, and high cost. The adjustable nozzle on the Matcc is big improvement. It’s very solid and tight compared to the MTM, and can take a beating while still remain in its set spray position. Foaming on the Matcc is as high foaming as the MTM, which is why it is king of foam cannons, and the Matcc has an even wider spray pattern. Design of the bottle is very smart, always hated how all foam cannons could not sit upright. Lastly the price, MTM is $100+, and for a foam cannon that offers the same foaming with a better design, Matcc is obviously the winner.Watch video for foaming comparison of MTM Hydro vs Matcc Foam Cannon 3. Both using 10:1 Carpro Reset shampoo.

Doesn't work well with low flow
I checked my pressure washer for pressure to make sure it would function properly and at 2200PSI it's within tolerance, but I failed to check flow rate. Required flow is 2.0 GPM according to the box, but my electric pressure washer only puts out 1.2 GPM.Does it work? Yes and no. Yes, it works great it I put it on the highest soap setting; I get lots of foam that stays in place. However, at the maximum foam setting, it uses soap like it's free. On my 4Runner, I filled the soap tank half way and it was gone when I had sprayed about half of the truck. I can use about ¼ cup in a 3 gal bucket and get a soapy wash water for hand wash, so this cannon is using soap at an enormous rate. You may be wondering why I gave it 4 stars when it didn't work well for me. Simple: my pressure washer does not meet minimum specks so I don't know if the high soap usage is due to low water flow rate from the pressure washer. PLUS, it is made well, has a wide mouth reservoir (very handy for adding soap!), and has adjustments for water-soap mixture and spray pattern. However, I docked it one star because a home-use soap cannon should be designed to work with home-use, low-water-flow, pressure washers.

Electric power washer users read specs
I will first say that if you have an electric power washer please read the specs for flow rate needed on this cannon and flow rate of your washer. This requires over 2gpm flow where my power washer is only 1.76. I did not realize this when I purchased this item so when I went to first use this I was sorely disappointed. However don't worry there is a way to get this fixed for very little money. Look for a 1.1mm orifice and install one of those. They are cheap can be found for around $6 and this (at least for me) solved the foam being quite thin and watery. After the orifice change I am actually getting foam even thicker than advertised and I couldn't be happier. However on the actual cannon, this thing is solid and made of truly quality parts. The nozzle assembly has a heft to it showing the quality parts. The adjustments are very smooth and turn without any hesitation. I also love the markers on the side of the bottle so I can properly mix my soap. All in all this is a great unit and for a great price. Just beware if you have an electric power washer know that you may need a new orifice.

Great product. Great results.
I have used this with a 2800 PSI gas-powered pressure washer and Chemical Guys honeydew snow foam auto wash. It works amazingly well and fully covers the vehicle in a blanket of suds. The foam blaster is very solid and feels like it is well engineered and well built. The only very minor concern is that it is a bit awkward when it is connected to the end of the pressure washing wand. In most instances it will require two hands. The pattern adjustment a foam control valve allow you to customize the amount of foam needed. Really easy to use once you realize that turning it towards the plus (+) side doesn’t mean ‘more’ foam. It means more water. You have to open up the minus (-) side to get full foam. Once you figure that out....piece of cake.I’ve used it wide open/full foam on a smaller SUV and a full size sedan and had plenty of foam for each application. To be clear, each wash/use requires a full canister of water and soap. I can’t get two vehicles done with one bottle. The wide-mouth bottle is easy to use and fill. I use about 2 ozs of soap per application. I would suggest filling up the bottle about 2/3 of the way with warm water, then add the soap, then add the rest of the water. I found adding the soap first and then all the water causes a lot of foam to form during the filling process.Would recommend. Have only used it 3 times but hope to use it a lot more come spring. Happy washing!

Big Mouth
Haven't used the older versions of this cannon, but this one with the larger mouth bottle makes adding soap from any container really easy. Materials feel good quality and durable. There are measuring graduations on the bottle which is handy. My electric washer is rated at 1100psi @ 2GPM and I got lots of foam from this. Expecting even better with the gas washer.

Well built and Durable
Very well built foam cannon. Has wide top so no need for a funnel to fill up with soap. Has a vent in the cover for better air flow and does it ever work, this is by far the best foam cannon I have had yet.

I like it but haven't used it much/a lot..wait for a sale or cheaper vendor
This arrived on time but i'm sure I could have gotten it cheaper if I waited for an Amazon sale or looked for a different seller. It foams really well. If you don't have a pistol grip and are using the wand on your pressure washer, this will stay upright even as you rotate the wand. The spray pattern can't be changed otherwise as far as I know but I could be using it wrong. I'm new to this. I have washed the car once and it foamed up well. With my inexperience and a full bottle of 2 ounces car wash mixed with warm water, I managed to soap up a VW jetta and a Honda crv. Good or bad, it was my first go. After sitting all soap for a few minutes I rinsed them off. They came out reasonably clean. I had some spotting due to doing this on a hot summer day in the early afternoon but the main cause was my not drying them fast enough. I can't complain. It was the fastest I ever washed 2 cars at home. I feel that the item is durable but long term might be different. I rate the value at 3 stars because I'm sure I paid too much as opposed to waiting for a sale/cheaper vendor. I don't know what it means to rate thickness as I don't if they mean the thickness of the foam or the foam cannon. I've only tried the cheap soaper bottles with other electric pressure washers and was not impressed. In comparison to that, this is awesome.

works as advertised, but not meant for electric pressure washers.
For the brief time I had it working, it worked great. I had it retrofitted it with a 1.1mm nozzle so it would work with my electric pressure washer, and so it did. Problem is this product really isn't meant for a consumer-grade electric pressure washers like mine: these are built with cheap plastic. The weight of the snow foam cannon loaded with detergent broke my pressure washer wand after 10 or so minutes of use. Not the fault of this product, it clearly states what it is meant for. Don't do what I just did: get this for a gas pressure washer that can actually do 2 gal/min and then it would work properly. And yes, it goes through a lot of product: one whole container per car wash.

Pretty Good
I got this product on sale for $45 bucks, I can honestly say it’s better than my Torq foam cannon. Seems to produce more foam, although it uses more soap ( had to refill to finish foaming the truck). Overall, it’s basically half the price of chemical guys, an no major differences...this was a good purchase
