Loved the look and feel of this garlic press. Having only ever cut garlic by hand, I expected more from this than it could deliver. It cleaned up well, and felt good in the hand. My only problem (and its a big one), with this press, is that it smashed up the garlic instead of pushing it all through the press. Most of the garlic remained in the chamber where it gets pressed. Because of the waste I did not like this product. I have since tried other presses that function better, but it's back to hand chopping for me...I like to use all of my garlic, not just the little bit that gets pressed though.

Quality is straight out of china.Very cheap made.Worth buying an amerocan made one.Total waste of money. .

I can't say it doesn't get the job done, because it does. But the design makes it so frustrating to use, and it is such a burden to clean thoroughly. It also started rusting after one use. Awful purchase.

This garlic press is NOT stainless steel. It's either chrome plated plastic or pot metal and it's obvious.

I use a lot of garlic and this press gets the job done without a lot of fuss and bother... the price is right, and it works!
