Please re-consider buying from this particular seller 'Love my swag', I suspect they do not actually sell genuine Pandora charms as they claim. I've placed 4 different orders with seller, so far received 3 and I have problems with all 3 orders! The charm holes are either way too small or way too big, they fall right through and of course, right out of my authentic genuine Pandora bracelet! Totally not usable. The colors appear similar but when examined closely, you can tell it's different from the original ones. I've seen the actual charms in the stores and the reason why I chose to purchase from the seller because they seem to offer a lower price compared to retail price. Well, apparently there's a catch to cheaper prices! The charms DO NOT come in original Pandora boxes, just cheap paper box and all charms thrown into one bag. That is so not the way to handle Pandora charms? What about the scratches? Seller doesn't seem to reply promptly to emails as well. I'm still fighting to get my refunds.
