We put these on our Twin XL beds & they are amazing. They are a little crinkly, but really not a big deal at all. We had a house fire that hit our bedroom really hard. First the fire (which melted the tv), then the water from the firefighters, then a week-long freezing storm, after which of course mold was setting in. We weren't even able to try to get furniture out until three weeks after the fire. The restoration company told us there was no bedcover that could have protected against all that. They weren't even willing to look. But I dragged all the bedding off & unzipped the cover(s), & the mattresses were dry. They didn't even absorb enough of the smoke smell to hold any after the ozone treatment! We didn't get much out of the house, but our mattresses are in perfect condition! I just bought two more for those mattresses & 4 for the kids & guest beds!

First, let me say that when this product arrived, I had to test the waterproof portion because I didn't want to test whether it was dust mite or bed bug proof (LOL). There are two layers to this mattress cover, a protective layer that is waterproof at under the top soft cloth portion at the top. I poured a quarter cup of water on the mattress cover and let it sit for approximately 10 seconds. After wiping it off, the top portion of the mattress cover was damp, but the protective bottom portion kept the mattress dry.Second, I am a serious allergy sufferer and had a terrible attack the night before putting the mattress cover on my bed. After applying the mattress cover, I slept easier and peacefully. Good product thus far and I would recommend it.

Got 2 for both my mattress and box string since I have such severe allergies. My doctor told me this should help give me some relief and make cleaning easier. It easily slid right onto my box spring and actually fit perfect with my mattress and memory foam topper. Poured water on it just to see the waterproof quality and it just stayed on top without getting my topper wet. Overall I would rate this 5 stars for not only quality, but also quietness! I’ve had other protectors that were so loud, it was awful. It was delivered brand new, so no horrific “used” product delivery story. I’m so excited it ended up being exactly what I ordered!

This is absolutely NOT waterproof! I put this on a memory foam mattress, with a regular mattress pad over it, and then the sheets. I NEVER washed, dried, or wiped the encasement with bleach - never needed to. Low and behold, the very first time my son “wet the bed” it went straight through EVERYTHING and got the mattress wet too. I could not be more disappointed or frustrated with this cover. I read other reviews prior to purchase and made sure I did NOTHING to cause this product to fail, yet it has failed miserably. If you need a cover for dust, or light liquid/occasional spills, then this will be fine. If you need a true waterproof cover, then save yourself the headache and purchase something else!

I put this on my bed myself so it’s not that difficult. Also not long after I put it on my bed a full water bottle spilled on my bed and it didn’t leak to the mattress. The only kinda weird thing is it will sometimes puff up when you sit on it like air is in it lol but it goes away quickly and doesn’t bother me.

I have dust mite allergies and need a full, all around cover on my mattress Just got a new mattress and this works perfectly. It's a bit larger but once you put on a fitted sheet, you'd never know. And no noise or movement. Perfect and a good value.It's hard to find a full all around cover and the cost was reasonable. Easy to put on too, just like a big envelope with a small zipper to keep it closed and snug.

I just received and put this cover on my 6 inch gel foam twin mattress. The material is very nice! The zipper zipped nicely and I love the covered spot for the zipper pull. Out of all the mattress covers that I have purchased over the years, this is the BEST fitting, NICEST feeling one I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this mattress encasement! It's worth every dollar you spend on it! Also comes with a warranty! It took me about 10 minutes or less to put the cover on the mattress by myself.

I am using it for an outdoor bed, for my dogs to jump and play on. One is still young and accidents happen.Well this is truly waterproof. I have washed the surface with a hose and the mattress was dry underneath.I use old bed sheets over it too to make it last longer.Also, if it isn't clear from the pics, this cover is a full sleeve with a zipper. So my outdoor mattress can stay clean all around

I ordered this mattress cover for my new mattress two weeks ago because of bedbugs. The cover material is good and fits my mattress perfectly. I haven't had any bedbugs since I put the cover on and cleaned my room. I would recommend this product.

I bought this for added protection in the wake of a bed bug problem. An exterminator has come in 3 times now so they should all be gone, but I wanted an encasement just in case, especially since my mattress is only 6 months old. It's only been on the mattress for about an hour, so I can't speak to its effectiveness for bed bugs yet, but if it fails terribly I will come update my review :PI first want to address one issue that I read in many reviews before taking a chance and buying this product. Many people have said in their reviews that the encasement is very thin and rips easily. This hasn't been my experience so far. It was very easy to put on by myself, and did not feel flimsy or delicate. For context, I have a very light, 5 inch foam mattress. If someone has found their encasement is ripping while putting it on or sleeping on it, I suspect they tried to force it onto a mattress that's too thick for it, or have struggled to pull it onto a very heavy mattress without getting help. One of my review pictures shows that the encasement depth is EXACTLY 6 inches as advertised, and if your mattress is even a little bit thicker than that, you risk ripping the encasement while putting it on or moving around on the bed.It's surprisingly soft and no more noisy than most mattress covers. It doesn't have a plastic feel to it. Once my sheets are over top, I don't think I'll be able to hear it too much. However, if you sleep on just the encasement with no sheets on top it probably won't be very comfortable. It's not as soft or as breathable as sheets, and will make more noise as you move around.The zipper seems to be pretty good quality, and there's a velcro piece that fully covers the end where the zipper head stops, for added protection against allergens and bugs. I feel confident this encasement will protect against bed bugs just as well as more expensive products would.I can't speak to how waterproof it is. I didn't buy it for its waterproof properties and haven't tested it.Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with this product. I'm very short on money right now but the bed bugs have been extremely stressful. Choosing between a cheaper encasement with some negative reviews about the quality to save money, or buying a more expensive and "reliable" product was a hard decision to make. As of writing this review, I don't regret my purchase and I'm glad I saved some money on a cheaper option. I definitely recommend if you need an encasement for cheap.

It sits really fitted on my 8 inch mattress. I'm glad my mattress cover no longer makes my bedsheet move around. Tad bit noisy but that can easily be ignored for how neat and tidy my bed looks now. No more bedsheet crumpling.

This mattress cover was a perfect solution for my toddler to transition into not wearing diapers at night. The cover worked great even through an accident it kept the mattress underneath clean and dry. The cover is very soft and great quality even with rolling around in bed it never makes any noise and stays in place.Very happy I purchased this!!!

Our dog has epilepsy and when he has seizures he always pees and it is always a lot of pee and it always happens in his sleep. I got this and put it on his brand new dog bed (he is a German shepherd and his dog bed is just shorter then a twin size bed so i fold the extra length under the bed after zipping it closed). This cover has been a life saver, it doesn't let anything get through to the matress and is super easy to just throw in the washer. I love that it protects the whole mattress!
