They are a little long, but that's okay. I'm 5'6, about 135 and my waist is around 26-27 inches and my hips are about 37-38 inches. I looked through a lot of the reviews for other people's measurements and all anyone was giving was height and weight. That's not super helpful when trying to select pants. Giving measurements is much more accurate because we all carry our weight in different places. Hopefully giving my measurements will help someone else. :)

Pants!

Great mix of comfort and compression
Perfect mix of compression and comfort which is difficult to find. They are mid-rise so you won't have to worry about the band twisting under, but also are high enough to stay up well and form to your body. Great movement in the thighs too when squatting and aren't see trough. Overall, a great legging for HITT, CrossFit, yoga and running. 👍

Comfortable for training
I love them. At first when i opened the package and saw them i thought they were too small but they fit perfect. I would suggest to size up The crotch area is a tiny bit tight.

Workout wardrobe staple
Love the fit but the waist band is a bit thick and can be uncomfortable at times. 5’9” 145. Medium fit perfect

if you’re on the fence, get them.
let me just start off by saying, they are real nike leggings. come with the tag and feel identical to my other pair. if you like leggings that feel super soft and go with everything, just get them. these leggings last a long time.
