Same quality as original parts and fit perfectly

I really only needed the heat plates, so I am hanging onto the burners as backups. The heat plates appear to be of high quality, relatively thick, stainless steel. As others have noted they are not an exact fit (would need cut outs on the edges), but they are an excellent and adequate substitute. I installed them as-is and they are doing a great job in my Ducane gas grill. Great value for the money.

Burners fit and functioned properly. Heat plates fit ok. I believe Ducane is no longer in business (bought out by Weber). So, finding any replacement / service parts has become very difficult. Purchasing these replacement parts saved me from having to buy a new grill. Thank you Amazon.

90% factory fit perfect. Pipe Burners after following grill Instructions found on Internet for my Ducane Meridane 30400040, 100% fit perfect and function out the box take time to clean your grill/gas maifold before installing. The heat shields are longer then original but fit all the way on ledges just fine. If you want to notch ends for grill factory slots you can (I bought stainless, the ceramic coating will be a slight problem use a dremel/grinder w/ cutting blade and most importantly safety glass, but there truly is no reason with weight of shields will not move around unless you are slamming your grill around. 100% will buy again.

Burner tubes fit properly and appear to be exactly the same fit and finish as the originals that came with my Ducane 30400040 grill. The heat plates are the same size as the originals they replace, but the cutouts at each end are too long meaning the plates do not drop into the slots on grill's firebox that hold them in place. This means they will move if you wheel the grill from one part of your patio to another. Not a huge deal, but something you need to be aware of to maintain the correct position of the plates so as to avoid flare-ups caused by them becoming misaligned. I have to remember to make sure the distance between them is correct before firing up the grill, but as long as you remember this step, they work as intended, providing enough heat to get a good 'sear' on your ribeyes while avoiding flare ups.

The heat deflectors are the correct length however they do not fit in the cut out groove of the grill for stationary stability.

When my hubby when looking for replacement grill parts he couldn't touch Amazon's price anywhere and we had them the next day. Installation was easy and quality is excellent. New life for the old grill!
