Pleasantly surprised
I consider myself a tech snob in the sense that I don't like settling for a device that doesn't come packed with the features I want. That being said, I was leery of purchasing a renewed device for so much money but I must say I don't regret it. It's been about a month and I love this phone. Colors are vivid, sound is amazing , speed is great. If I can find any cons it would be the fingerprint sensor that I would call finicky at best. And the battery life isn't bad, just not that great considering the size of the battery compared to the other Samsung phones. Glad I saved myself big bucks going renewed.

Great phone just came with a little scratch but good purchase
I've been using my galaxy note 10 for about a couple weeks now and I am satisfied with my purchase. Though there is a slight scratch on the screen, it's nothing that gets underneath my skin. I've been using a galaxy s7 for about three years now and I am just glad that I made the upgrade. My AKG headphones (that came with the note 10) stopped working about two weeks in so there's that too. Overall I am happy.

Excellent device; however, consider Galaxy S10.
TLDR; excellent phone. Hot tip though... apparently the Samsung Galaxy S10 is cheaper and practically the exact same to the Note10. Marques Brownlee had a good video detailing that.. ;)Review:Upgraded from my Galaxy S8.The battery life is MUCH better; impressively so.The stylus is a fun tool. Screen is absolutely gorgeous.The front facing camera is a tiny on the screen weirdly. But it has never been in the way when watching videos to me.Great phone and good quality.

I gave it only 4 stars because it’s a great phone definitely would buy again! But I used the screen protector it came with I dropped it once and the phone cracked right under the screen protector so partly my fault I guess??

Exceptional and reliable phone!
Great phone and certainly competitive with the apple phones. Not quite as proficient as apple's face recognition or fingerprint reader but a close 2nd. Battery life is acceptable, giving you a full days use without any problems. In my opinion the only phones to have are iphone and the Samsung line. Any tie would probably go to the Samsung because of its Eco system which gives you greater flexibility.

Wrong item was sent, can’t get help
Sent the wrong product. I wanted the aura glow and they sent a white phone. The process of getting in touch with someone is impossible and I bet another Ai is going to respond to this in an attempt to make it better….

Great looking Phone, a little smaller than Note 9 or Note 8
Amazon Warehouse gave me the best looking Note 10, with all accessories and in original box at half the price. LIKE NEW. Phone is smaller than the Note 8 or 9. It Worked great, but battery lasted only 7 hours, I also realized there is NO expandable storage in Note 10, only after receiving it. With the horrible battery life (could be just one defective battery) and my realization of the No SD card option (Note 10+ has 1TB expandable storage) I decided to return, and will either buy the Note 10+ or a Note 9
