Will it stop my cats from scratching my furniture?

It also stops them from being able to climb or evade proberly or defend them selves so yes they will do more damage but also more likely to be killed be a foe or seriously injured as they won't do any damage so the attracting animal won't stop and beacuse you coved the points that they use for grip they cantt say climb a tree to escape either instead or putting your personal vanity first just train the cat my cat has never damaged any furniture why beacuse it's been properly trained it did it once and got sprayed and punished has never done itt again all this is is a product for the vain pet owner or the lazy one

Why would anyone do that to the beloved pet?

Because my cat has chronic allergies and self harms Terribly! Her wounds then get infected and due to her being immunosuppressed the antibiotics can’t kill the infection and she has nearly died on numerous occasions so in all honesty me and my highly skilled vet feel these are a fantastic idea and should be recommended more often.

Do these go on the 4 paws or just the front two?

They can go on all the claws on all 4 paws.

Question 4

What happens when the cat's claws get longer.? I take mine to the vet's to have them cut. Would i still need to if it's hard to take them off.?

Accepted Answer

The cats nail sheds every eight weeks so they tend to come off with shedding. However you cannot cut through them as you would not be able to see the cats vein and could cause injury. I personally have stopped using these as my cat tried pulling one off and ripped her claw badly. I have found praise and treats when using her stratching post the best way forward.
