1000 IU of Vitamin D in 2 gummies, which is one serving. Just had mine this morning! :-)

Some types of calcium supplements must be taken with a meal. Does anyone know if this is the case with the calcium chews?

I love these supplements. No you don't need a meal. I did not see any suggestion on label. I bought these because they do not upset my stomach. I am not a breakfast eater and I can take these with no food each day.

What are the ingredients?
