Easy to read and a great price but don't expect complete accuracy
These are not designed for Keto dieters, so you will have to go elsewhere to find out what level of ketones to look for. Apparently the sweet spot is 1.5 to 3.0 mmol/l. All you do is pass the strip quickly through the urine, shake off excess, then count for 40 seconds. Then you will compare the color on the strip to the colors on the box AND bottle (there are color guides on both, so no harm if you lose the box). It is nice to have confirmation that i am in ketosis, but from what I have read online urine strips are not super accurate if you have a need to know the exact amount of ketones. At least it will give you a rough estimate.

No good, buy other brand
Have been using these strips for 7 days with no color change whatsoever. 6 of those 7 days I was able to also test with remaining strips I had left over from a different company which show the complete opposite of these strips. These strips without a doubt are not active. I just opened the bottle 7 days ago and purchased 10 days ago, so they should not be outdated. There is a reason they are cheap and on online forums this brand has a very bad reputation for having non active strips that they are sending out.

They go bad too quick.
They worked fine for about 2 months, but then they went bad. I guess that's just the nature of the product, but they should package them in 20 or 25 to a pack, so the whole batch of 100 doesn't get exposed to the air at the same time. I only used about half of them before they went bad.
