It was obviously second-hand as it was scuffed on the bottom, and the wheels were scuffed. There were marks on the treadmill and the Phillips screws had paint chipped off them, and the Phillips device that came with it, was well-worn. Oh yes and it didn't work and immediately had an error message on screen when turned on.

Came in in good time, easy to assemble (though instruction booklet was written in a bizarre form of English!). I've used it twice so far, and it's exactly what I was looking for. I don't find it too short or narrow, but I'm quite small. It's hard to move around (very heavy), but it folds up easily and is not too noisy. So far, I've had no problems! I chose this product because of the good reviews and because of the side bars, which are handy and comfortable. I'd probably recommend it to others, based on my experience so far (but keeping in mind that I am below average size!).

Very disappointed. It worked well for a short while but we noticed that the wood underneath the belt has cracked so there is no resistance for belt, it feels like you're walking on a metal frame. You get what you pay for.

I enjoy using this product, except the experience is not the same as a profesional one. It can become very jerky at certain speeds and runs best at an incline of 5 or above. It does not allow you to alter the time but does allow you to adjust the incline and speed in the number of programs it has. The top speed is 18 mph and it has a top incline of 15 . It is a really good product, very well made, easy to use and set up and durable. it seems a shame that more effort has not been put into the graphics. The display is very dated considering what you can get on a cheap phone with better animation. The price seems to be dropping and is now selling for less than £900, almost cheaper than a years gym membership. If you have the room, as it is quiet large, and spend most of your time in the gym on a treadmill, if you ever get the time to go there, this is the ideal running machine to get. It may save you money in the long run. Hopefully the manufacturers will iron out the gliches and improve the graphics, so that more people will buy this product.

Received treadmill, well packaged and appeared good. All parts present and assembled however the English in the instruction book was poor. The treadmill was turned on and short circuited my consumer board, I tried changing the fuse and another plug point same outcome. Sent message you replied repeating the complaint I confirmed and was sent a automated message saying you would get back to me on monday, it's tuesday now and no response.

Arrived very quickly. Easy to assemble. Good to run on for me I'm 5 foot three and 11 stone. I need to buy a mat though as the momentum does move the machine backwards gradually on a smooth tiled floor.

I am 85 and disabled I cannot walk very far and a bit unsteady on my feet with this treadmill I can walk whilst holding on to the handles so I am still able to do a bit of exercise.
