I was not surprised by some of the bad reviews. My first reaction was negative, but it was because I didn't read the description carefully. When it didn't work like I thought, I emailed the seller and they responded immediately with helpful information.- You need a good quality tea light - the one that it comes with will barely produce a smell, or none at all.- There is zero smoke, so don't look for it.- The block will not dissolve/burn up/shrink. It gets really dark and hard when spent.- The smell fills my large front room with one burner, but it won't travel to other rooms like incense sticks/cones.- They sell blocks by themselves, so you don't have to buy a burner every time.- The scents are NOT made of a single scent. This has a blend of aromas that mix with white sage, which is the dominant scent. To me, it makes it a more complex aroma that I prefer for daily use. This is absolutely NOT a substitute for burning pure white sage. Buy a smudge stick or resin rolled natural incense stick if that's what you're looking for. The same goes for the Palo Santo.-It comes with 11 bricks (1 sample w/ each box of 9). I burn each block twice (one candle for each side).-The burning plate is uncoated brass, so it has slight discoloration, which increases with use. If you want shiny beautiful metal for a burner - brass is not it. You have to polish brass to make it like that - then you can't burn it.A majority of negative reviews on Amazon come from people who don't read the full description, are not well informed on the type of product they are getting, and/or have unrealistic expectations. At first I was shocked at how small it was - because I didn't bother to pull out a ruler to get an idea of the size. It is a little cheap burner - but it's only $15! I've never bought a small metal burner for less than $10, and it never came with incense. It is really cute, and comes with a wood coaster to protect your table top. They will exchange it if something isn't right. The more I use it, the more I prefer this over incense sticks (aside from a couple of my favorite sticks).

I love the fragrance and peacefulness that incense provides. Unfortunately, the smoke sometimes bothers me especially during allergy season. I have tried the wonderful Japanese incense that produces significantly less smoke but can be more expensive. I am so glad that I tried this smokeless Nag Champa. It is lovely. It does cost significantly more than the cones.

Scent bricks are pleasant, long lasting, and without smoke or residual ash. The burner is a pretty little thing, smaller than it looked in the photo but quite suited for brazing the incense. I particularly like how the dish seems to keep its copper color, and the black and gold bicoloration is a nice touch as well. A wooden coaster is included, and keeps the surface under the burner cool. I had to whittle the inner track a bit to get a perfect fit for my burner, but at the price I can do five minutes of work with an X-ACTO Knife and not complain.Some people have noted that the window in the side of the burner is inadequate for the insertion of a tea candle. This may be true, but the window is not intended to be used in this way. The window provides clearance for a lit match or long neck lighter so as to light the candle once it is installed inside the burner. That anyone would use their fingers to bully an actively burning candle through a hole of this shape and size seems to me to indicate a certain lack of intelligence or imagination - not a design flaw in the product.

These smell really good the scent really doesn't linger - the cake are pretty good cause I can put more oils on it. I did buy some more then I looked at the price and the amount - it's not worth it.

The product just arrived and I was excited because I love the smell. So I started to burn the brick.Watched church on YouTube and about a hour and a half later I begin to smell burning. I get up and the whole thing is beginning catch on fire.I believe it’s something with the cheap material of what the brick burns on. I still love the incents but I will just burn them like I normally do. Glad I was home and don’t leave these burning when I leave because my house would’ve caught on fire.

I like this and it smells good, but nothing like original Nag Champa which was the main reason I bought it 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was already a Nag Champa junkie - I love the incense, it calms me and fills me with a subtle happiness. When I walk into a yoga studio, or a shop and they're burning Nag Champa I immediately feel welcomed. I had tried another brand of this type of incense and was impressed by the product and the presentation - I feel like I'm sitting in a tent in the desert with the warmer. The scent of this incense vs the regular incense is so interesting; first there is the unmistakable Nag Champa scent, then it somehow finesses to become something more delicate and fine, I can smell all of the different oils that they've put in, sometimes separately, sometimes as more of a symphony. It obviously lasts longer than a stick of incense too - if you're going for a marathon meditation session then I would use this type of Nag Champa. For everyday use I still light my morning stick of regular Nag Champa incense to help set my mood for the day. Enjoy!

This gets 2 stars for looking like the picture and it's attractive. However, the scent from the bricks is very mild and does not linger. Also you are instructed not to reuse the bricks but the used ones look exactly like the unused ones! If you like the lingering scent of Nag Champa, I would recommend the authentic (Sai Baba) sticks or cones.

I LOVE THIS, THE SCENT IS NICE AND IT DOES LAST. I FOUND THAT IT FILLED MY LIVING RM AND KITCHEN AREA GOOD, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE, BUT OVERALL I HAVE 1200 SQ FT HOME AND I COULD SMELL IT ALMOST IN EVERY RM.

Tutto bene, come da descrizione, i mattoncini diffondono un aroma molto delicato adatto anche a persone sensibili, bambini, ambienti di lavoro.

It smells divine and lasts much longer then incense candles
