A little more effort needed.
The strap arrived and looked ok until I went to put my iPod in and wear it. The first thing I noticed was that the edges, in a few places, had ugly mold flash (excess material) hanging off. Then I was disappointed to see that the darn holes for the strap's latch weren't even cut out. The iPod socket is well-sized and it did fit like a glove. The material is super-soft (softer than most similar materials). This is good and bad. The good is that it's very comfortable and not restrictive. The downside is that lint, dust, and fuzz are more likely to stick to it. After messing around with a hobby knife trying to trim the flash and cut the notches out, the strap was covered with dust I wasn't even aware was on my desk surface. I had to scrub it off with soap. The strap does what it says, but come on now, sell a finished product. It's pretty cheap (compared to other straps), but if you buy be prepared to put in some work with a super-sharp knife making it nice. I could see it being something you keep in a drawer and just use to run around the neighborhood in sweatpants for a workout, I wouldn't recommend it as a daily casual watch.

Great Find
I first purchased this product in pink, which I love, however I couldn't wear it in uniform, (military). This black is basic, and so within regulation. I love that it provides a layer of protection for my device. It's comfortable to wear and doesn't irritate my wrist when I run, (ran eight miles in it this weekend, forgot I was wearing it). The only down side it that the material will collect a lot of lint, but if you are wearing it strictly for workouts you won't even notice. I also noticed that the black seemed to pick up more debris than the pink one. It's not just the color either, it literally collects more, and you can tell the difference. Either way it goes, I would recommend the product and I plan on purchasing at least two more before they are impossible to find.

It's Ok......
I like the watch strap but don't love it. I had one previously with the Ipod exposed which felt better. This one better secures the Ipod (which is a huge plus). But you have to take it out of the case/strap for just anything that revolves around the dock connector. the corners around the screen don't fit flushed (seems like they stretched a bit and lift up away from the screen). Also there is a LOT of "castoff" (when the plastic/silicone is not cut properly and has little pieces left over). It's ok if it's what your looking for, but honestly, I would take the extra "risk" and go with the one where the Ipod just clips to the watch strap and is exposed to the elements.

wrist watch strap
This watch strap is really helpful. It's not something for someone who wants a flashy, really high-quality, over the top watch strap. It definitely is NOT flashy, but it gets the job done. It does look big and bulky on my wrist, but I don't care too much about that. I am able to use the volume/power buttons just fine. It doesn't have a plastic cover for your iPod, so I'd recommend using a plastic cover if you're concerned about damage. My only gripe (and other reviews have mentioned this) is that there is no port for you to plug in a charger - you have to remove your iPod from the strap to charge (why I voted this 4 stars vs 5).

Great Watch, but No Screen Protecter
This really is a great product. It's easy to put the iPod in, it fits great, it looks sharp.I didn't give it 5 stars because there is no screen protector. It does a great job of protecting the rest of the iPod, but you for sure need to buy something to stick on the screen. Also, if you want to charge it or connect it to your pc, you have to take it out of the strap. You can't reach the 30-pin connector while it is inside it. It really doesn't cause any problems,it's just annoying.

Works for my intended purpose
Chose rating because the product works as intended, but not as rugged for long term use. I am currently on band #4 because over time the silicone breaks or the pins rust then break and renders the band useless. The band actually protects the iPod against bumps and scratches better than others I've seen. Since this iPod isn't offer by Apple any more I would probably recommend a metal protected band to others rather than this one as to more secure their valuable asset.

Wear your nano as a watch
And keep it (mostly) dry. Notice the caveat, as my Dad learned the hard way that when you wear this as a watch you forget that it is woefully _not_ waterproof (in particular if you don't have something in the headphone jack). Otherwise it does a good job covering the vulnerable bottom port, but overall it offers some nice versitility to using your iPod Nano in its alternate role.

Cheap
Pro's:1.) Inexpensive2.) Fits the iPod Nano ((6th generation))Con's:1.) Cheaply made2.) Plastic kinda stinks3.) Doesn't hold up well under a fair amount of normal use4.) Gets sweaty against wristBottom line:For what it is and considering they aren't a lot of alternatives, I would say it's only ok.Probably would not buy this again.
