Promate5mm Dreadnought Hard Sole Scuba Dive Zipper Boots

Saw these recommended and purchased them for use with my neoprene waders and also alone in the summer for wade fishing the flats in Florida. Delivered much sooner than expected and they are perfect. Side zipper works well and the soles are thick enough and firm enough to protect my feet and feel stable both in the water and climbing the banks and rocky shore. Well worth the money and I am completely pleased with the seller.

I wore these for an 8 day kayak paddle down the muddy Neuse river instead of my go-to scuba boots because I grew tired of feeling every rock and stick in the river poking in my feet when I stopped for breaks. These shoes fit great, were comfortable during 12 hour paddle days, and solid sole provides excellent traction and blocks those annoying rocks and sticks from poking my feet. These are now my go-to paddle shoes for all trips, long and short ones. Great price too!!

Seems to be made well, fit good, decent price. I bought them for wade fishing along the beach in Florida. First time out I walked pretty far; big toe rubbed so maybe run a bit small? Pretty flat sole, after a while my back was killing me. Really not what these are made for, so my fault for walking so far! I think they will be great if I limit the distance I cover.

I ordered a size Men 7 / Women 8 and my toes go right up to the end. (I wear a 9 in tennis shoe.) I was a bit worried when I initially put them on that they were going to be too small. But once wet they worked perfectly. Very comfortable. I bought these because my toes were becoming sore with my other dive booties on. The fins rubbed I guess. These booties are formed enough that the problem is completely gone. I love this - I would buy them again. They fit just fine in my existing fins as well. Well constructed and offer great protection!

I was excited that these boots worked for me. They are heavier duty than a couple of other pairs I own. Basically I wear them to protect my toenails and the knuckles on my toes from my fins. For whatever reason, I lose big toenails and skin my toes on every pair of fins I try. Perhaps it is something that I do with my toes but who knows. Thanks to the reviews on Amazon I did buy a pair of fins with a very large toe box which also helps. But using these dive boots really did the trick.I would not say the construction is precise. There is excess glue around the seams. So if you are looking for pretty these are probably not for you. But I am all about function over form. And these work. .

These Boots failed in 2 months working as a dive instructor Thailand. the rubber back to protect the neoprene on the heel from the straps on my arcade threes tour at the seem to the soul in two months I do not recommend.

These scuba boots are awesome!! I use them for kayak fishing. You can walk all over the docks and over rocks to launch your yak with no problem. Yes, they are that comfortable!! Kept my feet warm in the Pacific Ocean. Water got in but that was probably when my legs were submerged past the ankle height and flexing. As another reviewer stated, the glue job is not pretty but then again, you're not buying them as a fashion statement. Fully functional and worth every penny. Sizing seems to be close.

Great boots. I wear a 12 and ordered a 12 and the fit is perfect. Not waterproof. Dive boots are not supposed to be waterproof so they work well and as expected. Feet stay warm even when wet. The sole looks like an athletic shoe sole but not good for any long distance walking. I use them for kayaking and just slip them on before going on the water. I wanted a more substantial sole so I don't feel the foot braces on my feet. These work well.
