LG G8 ThinQ (GSM Unlocked) - Black (Renewed)

The OLED speaker was the selling point for me, but it wasn't as great as it sounded. It could've been great for sure, but the sound wasn't balanced at all. When on max volume, you can only really hear the Boombox speaker at the bottom, and the OLED speaker's sound distorts with certain tunes.At first, I thought that the phone isn't stereo, but then I put it to the test and it really does play 2 separate audio channels -- one through the Boombox speaker and the other through the OLED speaker. Can barely hear the channel playing through the OLED speaker, and the Boombox speaker isn't quite as loud as I thought it would be.Audio sounds normal when I put the phone on Mono mode, but that doesn't sound nearly as good as stereo would, so that defeated the selling point of the dual speaker setup for me.Other than the audio, the phone is awesome. Bought it renewed, but was like brand new. Clean and barely any scratches, dents or dust inside.The battery life is solid, given that I was running the phone at max resolution (1440p) all the time. Didn't get through an entire day, but charging was convenient with my wireless charger, albeit not as fast as a wall charger.The screen is amazing too. Was impressed with the "True View" feature where the screen would auto adjust according to my surroundings. Colours looked very natural and didn't need to enable a blue light reducing feature. There's a visible difference between 1440p and 1080p as well. Noticed it immediately when comparing with the LG G8X.Camera is decent, but not that great when it comes to zooming. This model lacks the 3rd rear camera, which is probably why the zoom quality is lacking, but apart from that, the photos are quite good. Can't compare to the likes of a Huawei P30 Pro though.

The phone I got was not unlocked, it was an at&t phone. Well I have Verizon...so.... Yea....

I love the phone it works great and came in great condition, the only problem was the back was cracked, although I couldn't care less about that I put a case over it anyways! And the only other issue is it's a Sprint phone and it's got a little bit of software I can't remove but over all battery is great, screen is great I'd say it's pretty solid!

It arrived on schedule, seller with good communication, the equipment generally in good condition, some minor details on the case and on the screen, a slight scratch, the rest very good performance, good image and battery, recommended at that price

This has been one of my favorite phones to have ordered for the price alone it's amazing. Everything came out brand new like in the box. One of the best looking and sounding phones I've had in a long time. It does everything my Note 8 did plus more (besides a pen). The phone is also still supported by LG and getting the 11 update as with my Note 8, it was dumped pretty much a year ago and is one major issue I have with Samsung is their slow to update and terrible support. This phone is very underrated as this phone didn't do much over the other companies on release so it didn't stand out.My favorite features of this phone are the earpiece being a vibration glass that sends sounds (getting rid of the chance of possibly getting crud in the ear piece) and having such an amazing DAC built in. I have never wanted to listen to music on my phone and this device has really brought that back. I really would recommend this one to anyone looking for a high end feature riched phone for a good price!

This item was listed as Excellent quality, meaning no scratches on the screen. But the screen was fairly severely cracked in the lower left corner, and there was significant dirt in the headphone port. Fortunately, there is only one crack that goes across the screen which is barely noticeable, and the phone is fully functional.Given the state of the screen, this should have been cheaper and appropriately advertised. Other than that, it was a good purchase and arrived quickly.

Despite the description, this phone only worked on AT&T along with all the bloatware that comes with a carrier Locked phone. When I contacted AT&T, they indicated that the phone is still Locked on their network and that the original owners of the device (whomever that is) would have to be contacted and consent to Unlock the device. After reading other reviews, apparently Amazon has not forced them to modify their listing, so I'll be contacting them as well. Sent off the phone to be refunded, but I will report back if they do not.

This phone was 100% clean and unlocked. It didn't come in any of the original LG box, but this looked like a brand new phone. It did have AT&t software on it some bloatware, but it did work with MetroPCS no problem. You couldn't even tell that this was a used phone. Once again I just have to say 100% clean no dirt no smudges no fingerprints no scratches. I expected maybe a little bit of wear somewhere but none whatsoever. Too bad I had to use an old junky phone to take pictures of the G8, they don't do it justice.
