This is the second one I purchased from the seller. My first one lasted a whole year and that’s what I’ve been running for about a month now no problems before I used to go to a parts depot and buy this from a legitimate parts store at double the price it only lasted about five months. This one was half the price now lasted that one.

Installed today, with a new ballast. So far, so good.

I've been ordering this bulb several years now for use in my two bath Hawaii home water catchment system. I've never had an issue and replace it annually since the bulb is only designed for about 9000 hours of continuous use. Also recently tested the energy draw on this item and was pleasantly surprised it only uses 14 watts of power - this is much less than the larger 36" bulbs that draw up to 50 watts.

My July 2022 purchase lasted just over two months. My previous UV lamp of the same brand, lasted about eight months. I'm trying one more to see if it's more dependable than my last one. They should last about one year.

Ordered two of these to replace the bulb in our ATS DWS-7. Arrived in good packaging, but when I tested them, one didn't work so returned it. If you get these, order more than you need and test each one immediately. Seems there are production quality issues as there's others that have had similar problems.

This was my 3 third bulb for my UV lamp and I haven't had any problems yet, I change my bulb once a year and every year they fit and light up. As far as if they kill what there suppose to do I can't comment about that. I will be buying another one next year.

Bought this lamp to replace the one that was in the system when we bought the house. It arrived on time and packed well. It too a few minutes and we had it replaced and it's been working for a couple months.

It was securely packaged and worked just fine.
