Great on turkey
I rub it all over the thanksgiving turkey and it’s fabulous. I have purchased another brand in the past that I liked better but amazon doesn’t carry it anymore so this is a good substitute.

small jar but big flavor
this is a very small jar but since it has truffles in it is why it cost as much as it does. you don’t have to use a lot of it to get the flavor. it is very good. i’m on my 2nd jar.
