Pretty Flaky if Using a High Capacity SSD
I use this on my Dell Music Production laptop with a Samsung 2TB SSD and an Arturia Labs midi keyboard. I tend to find it does not play nice when trying to use both the SSD and Midi controller simultaneously, often crashing the SSD when loading up Native Instruments products. Not sure if this is a data exchange issue, but it's quite frustrating as I'd like to be able to use Kontakt and my controller at the same time.It was probably not built for the purpose I bought it for and now I'm looking to buy a separate USB B to USB C adapter for the keyboard.As other reviewers have noted, it can be unstable and fall out but in an office or studio setting it should be robust enough. Works fine if the midi controller is not plugged in. Really, my major gripe is that Arturia don't supply their products with USB C cables in the first place.

Worked for a little while and then broke
Worked for a little while, then the USB C input on the unit stopped working. Looked for ages on how to try and contact the seller to discuss getting a replacement. Round and round in loops on this site - and gave up. Hence sharing my experience here

Doesn't grip well to computer
This item won't hold on my Mac propperly. It keeps falling and doesn't grip well, hence the conection is not good.

Even using this for over a month and it's been really flimsy. To the point today it stopped working all together.Very temperamental

Garbage
Garbage product. Constantly falls out the side of the laptop, especially unstable when using the hdmi port or with a hard drive plugged in. Avoid!
