I have read a lot of bad reviews about these products, and have used a few posture correctors in the past, which have been terrible, but this one is perfect. I needed it to correct my posture while sitting at my desk for work. I’ve suffered with shoulder and back pain for years, and this does exactly what it says. When it’s on, I have no pain - apart from a little discomfort under the arms when wearing all day (but that’s to be expected given the way it makes you sit up straight). I wouldn’t be able to wear it under clothes because it would be visible, so wear it on top of long sleeved tops when I work from home which suits me perfectly. If you’ve tried them before and have been disappointed, this is the one to try. You won’t need to buy another one!

Isolating at the moment so haven't been wearing it much at home, but I will definitely be wearing this to work to stop me slouching.Muscle memory also kicks in when you I take it off and I find myself standing/sitting a bit more upright than I usually do.I wouldn't wear this without a t-shirt/jumper underneath as it really rubs under the arms despite some added padding they send with it.Hard to notice if you have a jumper on over it.Uncomfortable at first so I would wear it for 15 minutes and take it off for an hour or two before putting it back on. And repeating this but extending the time worn each time.

it was easy to put on but it rub at the shoulder terribly had to remove after a couple of minutes tried again but still no use as for helping pain no idea as its so uncomfortable

Purchased it because of my posture problem. When I study at work, cause of the deck assesment and proper chairs I do not have any problems. But if I study at home, cause not having a proper desk my back starts to get courved and the muscles to be in pain after an intens day.For this reason I decided to purchase this product and I am really pleased with it. The pain didn't disappear completely but the posture correction has start to be different as the support does not allow me to curve to much and the pain is reduced massive compare to the past.For full results of course long time is required, but even same small changes on a daily basis are more than welcomeWhat is amazin is the fact that you can adjust it for the size you need. However I do recommend you to take your measurements before buying to make sure you are going for your size.

Took forever to figure out how to get this on, eventually managed, but the straps were too wide and really dig into the sides of arms and under arms, they were much too wide, and the sizing was off, measured before ordering but it only just fitted, I guess it's true "buy cheap, buy twice". Have not returned, as not worth the postage, waste of money.

I found it easy to put on but needed help to take it off as i have a painful shoulder. So my husband helped me. I think this will help me a lot as I have a bad back too

I used other shoulder supporters, I felt they are better.It adds more pressure on abdomen/waist than pulling shoulders back.otherwise good quality and good price but it defeats the purpose of shoulder support.

Brought and dont seem todo anything seems really lose and even after its tighten up. Cant contact to send back. Not what i thought it would do.

El producto es tal y como se describe. Viene dentro de una caja, junto con un librillo de instrucciones y un accesorio para ampliarlo.Yo no tengo la espalda muy grande, pero decidí comprar la talla M porque no me fiaba (mi talla de camisetas suele ser la S/M). Acerté. La talla es perfecta, y solo hay que regularlo para que se ajuste más a tu medida.Los materiales son de muy buena calidad, resistentes, elásticos y suaves.En cuanto a su función y objetivo, sirve perfectamente para llevarlo puesto debajo de la ropa y tener una buena postura (si vas a estar sentada delante de un ordenador, si caminas, sales a la compra, etc.). Ahora bien, que produzca cambios significativos en la corrección de postura... Pues no. Sí que he notado una sutil mejoría cuando no lo llevo puesto. Como que se me hace más fácil corregir la postura por mí misma.Tengo que decir que lo llevo utilizando alrededor de dos meses, siendo más o menos constante. Igual a largo plazo sí se ven mayores cambios (o no).En cualquier caso le pongo buena nota. Es un producto de muy buena calidad y funciona genial cuando lo llevas puesto.

Excelente, exactamente como se anuncia.Lo recibí hace 2 dias, aún no se el resultado final, pero es facil de poner, no es incómodo, y te hace estar mas erguido.Lo he comprado para mis hijos porque se encurvan mucho, pero yo también lo he probado y notas un cambio. Para los niños es un poco grande, pero con un poco de imaginación se ajusta perfectamente.

Normalmente solía sentarme con los hombros hacia delante o con un hueco entre la espalda y el asiento, pero con este corrector no solo mejoro mi postura, sino que ya no tengo tantos dolores de espalda como antes, es de buen material y cómodo, lo recomiendo mucho para las personas que quieran corregir su postura.

Nei ultimi tempi, forse per l’età che avanza o per lo stress mi sono accorta che sto diventando sempre più gobba, da seduta o in piedi, sono sempre accartocciata su me stessa, insomma sembro goblin dei signore degli anelli, non è un bel vedere insomma, per non dire il dolore costante al cervicale ed alla schiena.Dopo una seduta dal fisioterapista, questo signore mi dice che il mio problema principale è la postura, migliorando la postura, miglioravo anche il mio problema.Al che mi ha portato questo prodotto, una volta arrivato l’ho provato subito, e...... sinceramente parlando il primo giorno è stata un fastidio costante, mi sentivo intrappolata, insomma non è proprio una comodità come una tuta da ginnastica no?!?Ma ho perseverato, me lo sono rimessa il secondo giorno, il terzo e via dicendo, dopo una settimana effettivamente sento un miglioramento al cervicale, le mie spalle sono più distese, la schiena più dritta, proprio quello che cercavo.Lo sbaglio che avevo fatto il primo giorno è non aver messo i due cuscinetti, praticamente con il prodotto ci stanno 2 “cuscinetti” imbottiti i quali evitano che Le cinghie mi “taglino” sotto le ascelle, insomma per chi è in carne come me, fa una grossa differenza.Poi mi sono accorta che è regolabile, sia con la larghezza sia in lunghezza, una volta impostato la misura giusta e averci fatto l’abitudine, non è poi scomodo come si pensa, importante è passare il primo e il secondo giorno.Un consiglio: mettetevi una maglietta e/o canottiera, perché comunque le cinghie sono fatte di tessuto, quindi assorbono i sudori.
