Lulu Loves the Library (Booky Girl Lulu): 1

My grandaughter (Lulu )loves this book and didnt want to go to nursery one day she would only go if she could take her Lulu book!I think she loves it as she identifies with the character by name and by the activities they share she loves books and goes to the library with her mum.

As a Children's Librarian, I just love this board book which shows the toddler Lulu really looking forward to her visit to the library. Join her as she wakes her Mum up (at 6 in the morning!) on library day; share her enjoyment as she packs her books and her library card and walks to the library. There she enjoys story times and loves choosing her new books. This should be given to every toddler to encourage them to enjoy their library visits. A lovely book and an endearing heroine.

But I would say that because I work in one...All joking aside, my daughter and my niece both love this book, especially the pictures. A perfect mother/daughter day out...

I ordered this for my daughter as she loved the story when she read it at a library recently. I ordered the hardback version simply because it was a bit cheaper than the paperback with a cd that we didn't need. Unfortunately the hardback is an abbreviated version of the story, so it doesn't flow as well as it could, and my 2 yr old has noticed that there are bits missing, so I'm having to improvise. That said, she still enjoys it and is now asking for the other Lulu book advertised on the back! I'd recommend spending a little bit more for the paperback version.
