i have the Bluetooth and WiFi working on it. works great.

doesn't work
I have windows 10 and this product is supposed to install its required files by itself so it only gives instructions to install on outdated windows. it won't connect to my driver it would try to install a generic one that isn't compatible with my computer even though I have my own. I've tried everything to get it to work, but it won't...and every time I try to eject it or even yanking it out of my computer the computer restarts.

Works fine, just some advice
Antenna is only capable of bending in one direction. This is NOT a driver less device, there are 3 ways to obtain the correct drivers for this device, 1. being to install using the tiny disc provided in the package, 2. being to follow the link printed on the physical disc and login with weichat (chinese messaging service), 3. when first inserting the antenna into your pc it will be recognized as a storage device, go into file explorer and choose your OS and run the driver. After all that it works just fine, it connects to the wifi (5g / 2.4g) and my Bluetooth headphones simultaneously. I can even go as far as outside my house to start having connectivity issues.

Signal not very strong
I'm giving it 3 Stars because the signal is not strong as expected, if you close the door between one room and the other you start having reception problems, at least solved my problem temporarily. But I will be looking for something that can go through thin walls

Does not work, won't install
The product does not have working drivers for windows 10. It simply recognized this as a usb drive and the files that where included for drivers simply did not install.

I got this because the WiFi builtin to my PC was slow and I figured the added Bluetooth functionality would be nice. This antenna however is much slower than the builtin antenna and I have not been able to get both the WiFi and Bluetooth functionality to work at the same time.

won't work
You need the drivers to get it to work but the DVD doesn't work and the driver website is in Chinese and won't even load
