While the product itself is totally fine, the process of removing the old cracked back glass was extremely tedious and time consuming! I hated every minute of it!

Reasons for not recommending replacing your back glass in general and in particular with this product:1. It is not safe as (many) small pieces of glass fly around.2. It is extremely time consuming.3. You may run into the risk of breaking other parts of your phone (due to overheating or scratching).4. The tool included in this product is not helpful.

My husband replaced the cracked screen on my phone and it was an easy installation and very quick!

Took me roughly and hour to install due to having to use a hair dryer to get old glass off. Once glass was off the product fit perfect. I used gorilla glue to hold the back glass on. It worked great. Perfect fit for my I phone xs. Only down fall it did not come with instructions but besides that great product.

easy to instal just glass with i assume 3m on back removal of old one is worst part, i got it installed but my case back on thought nice cheap fix phone got knicked off 18" high tabel and seemed ok till i pulled case off entire middle section broke and fell out
