I thought this would be more of a heavy lotion. It does add a shine to the skin. I don’t like how it feels on my hands. However I must say it does ok on the body. My skin hasn’t been itching. It’s not so great that I would repurchase for the price. Considering I can’t use this on my face. I tried it but it didn’t work on my sensitive skin. So the journey continues….Amazon has been removing my comments which is not shocking great censorship.

This is hands down the best lotion I’ve ever used. I have sensitive skin that can get tight and dry after showering if I don’t moisturize, and most of the stuff I’ve tried is either too heavy and greasy or doesn’t last all day.I apply after towel drying - a little goes a long way - and it gives my skin a protective barrier for the entire day. Although it’s thick, it isn’t greasy at all and it absorbs really well into the skin. It feels like my skin is getting a drink of water, it’s so moisturizing and nice. The fragrance is minimal, if any, and goes away quickly so it doesn’t affect whatever perfume you might use.The shower gel from this same company/line is also a godsend and the combo keeps my skin hydrated and looking healthy, especially during dry winter months.

I had received a small container of the PP Balm as a sample from a beauty company. I RV camp with my spouse all year long and had started using it when my skin became dry during late fall & winter. It works wonders on my skin and makes it glow. I used every last drop from the sample and was excited to find it for a great price on Amazon. I received my order a few days ago and my spouse works outdoors and has commandeered it for his dry skin too. There is not much fragrance and t is very lightweight and non greasy. I have recommended to other family members that have been complaining of dry skin.I don’t know if it is approved for use on a new tattoo, but it was inching so bad one night, I grabbed the sample and lightly dabbed some on. It did the trick to soothe. When I went back to have it finished, the artist commented, “it looks great, you obviously know how to take care of a tattoo!”

The texture of this lotion is very unique. Slippery as if it has oil as ingredient, but not really oily. You don’t even need to wash with soap to remove the lotion. Just use water and rub your hands. It will come out easily like it has never been there. This is exactly what I like because other lotions are very hard to remove even with soap. Yes, it repairs the skin barrier. You also don’t need to worry about skin dehydration if you put this before going out because this lotion add as a protective invisible plastic layer unlike others. Scent is good but artificial.

One of my favorite skin care gurus recommended the Bioderma Atoderm PP as a final step FACE CREAM. It's like 20$ for a HUGE bottle, so I thought that was a great idea and I could use as a body lotion too. First thing, this lotion has wonderful skincare ingredients in it (like niacinamide, glycerin). Seems completely scent free and causes no irritation at all. The only downside is that it remains slightly tacky/sticky on your skin. So I probably won't repurchase, but I will finish the bottle. Once more thing, be aware that it contains a little xylitol which is a great skincare ingredient (boosts moisture, hyaluronic acid, and ceramides in skin, kills malassezia), but is also toxic to dogs.

I love this product. My skin got very dry with chemo and this cream helped a lot.I even use it on my face morning and evening; it provides me with the ultimate confort. I would have a hard time to use something else.The brand is French (my country) so I am also happy to have a bit of France in my bathroom :)

I have very dry skin (eczema) and have tried almost every single cream you can find (even the one on the NHS) without having the results of this one. To me it is almost a "miracle" as my skin stays hydrated 24h with it (usually by night my lizard skin is back and start to be itchy as it is starting to be dry again).Realistically it is bloody expensive (especially in the UK) but since so far it is the only one that has worked for me I would say it is worth it. Alternatively you can buy the cream one (not the PP Baume). It will work better than other creams (around 12£ a bottle) but not as well as this one!

This product suits very well my son who has eczema problems and it is one of the creams we use which actually do helps to soften and moisture the skin

best thing to treat baby dry skin

My skin is dry and i bought it because a doctor recomended...But i didn't like it, leaves the skin very sticky, i fell uncomfortable and wont buy again. I think there are other products for dry skin who doesn't leave this heavy sticky sensation. Im using only at night until it's finished.
