Dont waste your money
This product has a lot of bad reviews on other websites which I ignored because of all the good reviews I thought they may have just hooked them up wrong but this system is terrible I've installed many other systems in cars past this one was all brand new nice speakers new wires with all soldered joints and no expense spared and it sounds terrible.

Should not be a Secret...Round 2
I replaced a Shark 1400 FM/Amp system with this. The Shark was poor quality and terrible to operate. This SecretAudio is on the other end of the spectrum. It was a lot more work to install but when in place it looks professional. I mounted it in/on a Harley-Davidson FreeWheeler 3-wheel trike. The trike came with absolutely no audio and Harley offered none for it. The main radio unit is so compact that it hardly took up any space in the rear trunk. The biggest effort was running 4-pairs of speaker wires to the rear from the handlebar and engine guard bars, and a 3.5mm audio cable from the Garmin GPS to the radio/amp, and the control-head cable. The control head is so tiny that it hardly takes up any space mounted on the head just between the handlebars and has only the small control cable connected to it.. The screen is nicely viewable even in daylight.Round 2: I am doing my second install in a new 2018 HD Freewheeler trike. was considering the wireless remote version but SST is discontinuing that one. Not sure why, but, I already have proven that the wired remote with the hockey-puck remote works very well. The hockey-puck can be mounted on your own bracket at the handle bar switches position or on the center of the tank console, your choice. I never found that the 50 watts per channel was inadequate but this time I will boost the larger speakers down lows with a MBQuart amp - 200w/ch. The rear trunk on the trike is such a perfect mounting location and the radio itself is so small that you don't lose any precious cargo space.Report: I changed the speakers to a better 4-some. 2 Kuryakin handle bar Sound-of-Chrome and 2 Infinity marine 2-way 6.5" in the lower farings. Great improvement. The 200 watt output has powerful output even on a Harley at 70 mph. At lower speeds, it is like a concert hall. I have loaded numerous motorcycles with audio systems and this is the most versatile and best buy.I love the RF pocket sized remote. I Velcro'd it to the Harley center console on the tank and that makes it very accessible (in your crotch) to operate most functions of the radio when at speed and not wanting to take your eyes off the road. Sound quality is excellent and POWER is more than needed at 70mph on the freeway. MP3 music from the USB seems to be the best sound quality but FM is limited by their transmit bandwidth.I love the way the display shows the album title followed by the song title. Always know what is playing. Using Pyle and BOSS speakers.

Great Unit for use in a Classic Car.
I purchased this for use in my 69 chevelle. I wanted to keep the original radio in the dash and install a better sounding system hidden out of sight so that I could use my iPod or USB. If you're looking for a high end system that will blow the doors off the car and rattle the ground at a traffic light, then this isn't the system you want. However, you also aren't paying for that type of system either. I had tried some other alternatives but the sound was horrible. I have a separate amp and good speakers so I was expecting a lot better than they delivered. After reading some of the reviews on this system, I was hesitant to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by its size and sound. It fit under the passenger seat, and running it through the amp, produced a very solid, clean sound. Again, the volume won't shatter the windows, but with the amp, it more than produces. I can't attest to the long term quality of this unit but so far I would recommend it to someone looking to use it in the matter for which it seemed to have been designed.

This unit fit my needs perfectly, due to limited space.
It fit my needs perfectly with my limited space. It worked great for 10 days. The remote failed first. Then, it kept shutting off and restarting every minute or so. Finally, it shut off, and stayed off for several minutes.

A big disappointment
Disappointed....again...I tried 2 of these units and both failed...great design but poor quality.

Just an Okay Radio, buy an Amp if you get it.
I own two of these radios in Chevelles. The radio by it self isn't that great. However, most people get this radio so they can keep their stock radio and mount the display unit under the dash as they cruise then tuck it away during shows. Now with that said, I'm sure you are wondering should I still buy this radio. If you have the space and the know how, pair this radio with an amp in the truck or under the seat and it sounds much better. I like the fact that it also has a sub output. They should have updated the iPod jack as well. For one of my chevelles I mounted the main unit in the glove box and in the other I built a custom console and hid it behind the display.

Great choice for Hide-Away audio
Easy to install. I paired it up with six by nines in the rear deck and 4 inch speakers up front has a great sound in the 74 Monaco. Lots of input options including iPod input. If you need to add an antenna I would recommend buying a good one.

Love it! Exactly what I wanted. Sounds great!
I read many negative reviews and bought it any way. So glad I did! Had system professionally installed today. Running through an ADS amp, with Boston Accoustics speakers. Sounds great! It is exactly what I wanted in my classic 1973 Mini Cooper. I can recommend this product.
