Ok but incomplete.
I found this teaching decal a great help learning how to play BUT why stop at the 12th fret? As I see it I would give this 5 stars if the decal was the length of the guitar. Even if frets 13 thru are only no#s.

Tape measures up
Tape measures up fine my acoustics, Taylor and Martin, but not so much on the Gibson Les Paul or Fender Strat. I have really enjoyed the quick reference scale, it has surely assisted in my learning!

Might have been better to get the neon
Hard to see for me. Might have been better to get the neon. Maybe not a good thing for a beginner.

Great company and product. Taylor 214
Before my review I like to say how great this company is!I order the "D drop scale by mistake and contacted them through amazon to let them know that I made a mistake and would like to buy the standard one but couldn't see it on amazon.Within a few hours I got an email from JT at Axe Tape telling me that they were working on putting more items on amazon and that they did carry the standard and he was going to send me one for free! That my friends is great customer service and for that I'm client for life! It was my mistake yet he sent me another anyways! Thanks JT.Here is my review. If you are a beginner like me and want to learn to play guitar, this tape is awesome. -Here is why-When we are learning to play our tendency is to look at the frets over a little more than we should and that's ok but is not proper form for holding a guitar. Eventually it creates unwanted hand and finger fatigue. As we get better, it becomes more of a feel and a slight look at the strings to make sure your finger are in the right place to create chord and thats how we start to get faster and faster as we progress.Axe Tape helps with posture and being able to see the chords on the neck is awesome!Putting stickers on the frets will only lead to frustration as you have to tilt the neck towards you to make sure you are placing your fingers were you are supposed to. "Not good!"This tape has helped me memorize notes on frets and takes no time to understand. Really simple really. I mean I'm using the "Standard Scale" for now because I'm a beginner and love it.So, Clean the neck and then slap it on and you should have no issues I promise!I have a Taylor 214 and it fits perfect!Good luck and happy playing!
