Nothing but crumbs
My boxes came last night, left on pourch not sure how long before we found them.But what I got was boxes of broken, crushed partially opened pies. The word disappointed does not cover how unhappy I am.

Love these things which is bad :}
I have had to be on a gluten free diet for life...diagnosed with Celiac Disease 20 years ago. That pretty well got fruit pies kicked out of my life, as well as Twinkies (snack cakes). OH MY GOSH, I love the pies most of all. Can't keep any of these snack cakes or pies in my house because I can't go a day without having one or two during the day. So I just don't get them. Every time I see them, my mouth waters. :) They are pretty expensive, compared to regular products, but that is how so many gluten free things are. Of course, mind you, I have not had anything LIKE this for 20 years, so what tastes good to me, may not be the same for you. Wish there was more fruit in the fruit pies....but you keep them frozen and pop one in the microwave for a few seconds...love them.

Delicious, I recommend. My favorite is the Cherry Mini Hand Pies
Details, gluten-free fruit mini hand pie: it’s about the length and width of my pinky. Perfect for snacking and on the go. The filling in these little guys are very good not too tart and not cloyingly sweet. The crust is delicate, flakey and off the hook delicious. Not gritty at all in texture as other brands Gluten-free crusts I’ve had. I’ve been Celiac since 1998 and believe me these are an amazing treat for a picky Celiac. I can make and bake a lot of the gluten-free items I want myself... Sometimes you want to just grab a snack that you don’t have to put effort into, these in my mind, are a great pre-made prepackaged sweet treat. This brand has really shown me they have made good stuff even better over the years. I recommend these if you want a hand held sweet small snack you don’t have to prep and bake yourself. I will buy again, delighted with these. Picture shown of cherry flavor with a bite out of it.

Edible happiness in a box
When I saw these, I was so happy! Living the gluten-free life isn't always easy, and sometimes I miss some of the treats I enjoyed when I was eating regular food. Katz has wonderful products available where I do my shopping locally, I had never seen these. I didn't know they existed! When serendipity put them in front of me I bought the variety pack. As I expected, the quality was there. So was the flavor, and the small size of these tasty little morsels is perfect for a guilt-free snack! While some might find the price a bit more than what they're used to, it's worth it. Gluten free items command more money, additional crafting and premium ingredients have everything to do with that. Worth my money, without a doubt. I have a few left, time to restock is fast approaching.

YUM!
I was pleasantly surprised that these little gf pies were as delicious as they are. In fact, pretty much everything I've ever bought from Katz has been good. Are gluten pies better? Well, of course, yes the are, but when you have to eat gf, and you have a sweet craving, these little treats are mighty fine...

"Pie" is a very loose term
I realize that it is difficult to create gluten free baked goods, so I'm already grading on a scale. Out of the entire batch that I bought, exactly one "pie" even remotely looked like a pie - squarish, crimped edges. The rest of them were crumbly lumps.Aesthetics aside, they also didn't taste very good. The "crust" is a dry, crumbly mess, very mealy, tastes mostly like uncooked flour. The blueberry filling is okay. But when microwaved long enough so that the pie is no longer frozen, it takes on a texture like silicone. Very chewy.Also, the "pies" are TINY.I won't be repurchasing.

Tasty tiny pies
These little pies are tasty and I have been enjoying them. The crust is much better than most gluten-free products, although it can get a little mushy. Other reviewers have complained about there not being enough filling, but they're small (quite tiny, actually) little pocket pastries and I think the amount of filling is as much as you can expect given the size.

Not worth the money
These were slow to deliver were warm and thawed when they arrived at 1:09 pm today. They are VERY SMALL! 3 bites that's it. Regular fruit pies are twice maybe 3 times the size for a LOT cheaper! Very Dry. And crumbly. Did not enjoy it at all! Don't buy these they are terrible and very tiny!
