I love this product. It got a very subtle cinnamon flavor that is hard to detect but really helps my gluten free baked goods stand out.I originally bought this thru Walmart but a recent shortage sent the price for a 4oz bottle thru the roof.It’s a great deal for the price on the 32 oz size- even if you use a heavy hand it’s still a delicious bargain.I also use it in fruit salad- as a Celiac I have to get creative and this flavoring in addition to frozen fruit with a bit of sugar to sweat the fruit makes a simple snack taste divine and much more complex in flavor than your standard fruit salad.I also use it in my homemade instant coffee mix- no need to Gen Foods international coffees with this, sugar, instant coffee and powdered milk.As a full time RV’er and Celiac it’s difficult to find easy to make foods that are gluten-free and delicious. Five stars !!

I’ve been using this brand of vanilla for several years and it is consistently good. It is real vanilla extract, not vanilla flavoring. Whatever I use it in it has a wonderful vanilla flavor and the scent is yummy too! Though cheaper than Madagascar vanilla plants they are made from are very similar if not the same. Why pay $$$$ for Madagascar vanilla when you can use Mexican vanilla that is comparable and much cheaper. I do a lot of baking and have never been disappointed in this brand.

This was my first time purchasing mexican vanilla and i am never going back! the flavor is delicious and the bottle will last forever! my favorite is adding it to diet coke.

These are certainly less expensive that most vanilla products. Not as good as a pure extract, but certainly good for my use. I add this to protein powder drinks, oatmeal and other foods to enhance the vanilla flavor. A tsp or 2 does add a nice touch of flavor. I certainly recommend to general flavoring use.

Most of the time, when you get vanilla extract, the smell is stronger than the taste. This particular vanilla, the taste is just as strong as the smell! I love putting this in my coffee!
