These caps are easy to swallow, have no bad taste, and judging by my lab results, are doing what they should be doing.

First of all, I'm a R.N. whom graduated from nursing school in 1987 and have spent decades in Critical Care and Nursing Management. I was getting increasingly frustrated with my Cardiologist's inability to come up with a Rx regiment to improve my condition and some friends and my wife were encouraging me to pursue long term disability. The evening after my last Dr's visit I went home, prayed at the computer, and then searched for "Homeopathic drugs to improve cardiac output." Hours of perusing the internet led me on several mentions of "Hawthorn Extract" and not only testimonies, but RESEARCH based "Positive" results. I had nothing to lose, and I found this brand on Amazon.com. My job involves miles (literally) of traversing the hospital halls over 12 hours. I began taking it on a Friday and the next day at work felt just as bad as I had for weeks. On Sunday, I had a little less shortness of breath, but was too busy to give it much thought. I DID check my pulse oximeter (oxygen saturation percentage, which should be 96-100%) on Saturday and it was 89-90% and Sunday 93%. By Monday I could tell a difference and on Tuesday, for the first time in a couple months, I SLEPT for 8 hours and was awakened by my bladder, rather than shortness of breath! For those whom may "Scoff" at this, we're talking CLINICAL changes, which my wife and my friends at work can verify. I don't know how many friends at work (after 2 weeks on Superior Hawthorn) have told me how much better my "Color" is and how much better I look? I can walk at work without being short of breath and with an oxygen saturation content that is once again normal. I'm no longer waking up (and waking my wife) between 0300-0500 am to take diuretics so I can breathe. My legs no longer look like stovepipes, and I'm taking a fraction of the Rx diuretics as before. I can once again sleep without having to be propped up in bed on a foam wedge and 2-4 pillows. I've also cut my blood pressure Rx (Diovan) in half. I'M NOT SELLING THE STUFF, SO THIS IS NO "INFOMERCIAL." But it WORKS!

I have done much research on heart supplements. I chose this one because of the high standards which go into formulating this product. I never believe in skimping in quality and this product surpasses all my expectations.

First time testing the product and I am impressed with results so far. More likely than not will continue to use.

I have only been taking this brand of Hawthorn Extract for about a month, but it seems to be working for me to help keep my blood pressure in control. I hope to have more to say about it after using it for a while longer. I believe it is a quality product.

I am not happy. The product arrived in completely different bottle. The bottle was from other supplement and little paper label glued to the bottom of the bottle was trying to convince me to disregard what bottle says and make me think that white awful smelling pills are hawthorn. I try to contact manufacture by e-mail but they never replied, so I sent it back. Trust is very important when taking supplements, switching bottles from another supplement is a bad quality practice. Sorry.

Unlike most reviews I did receive a discount for my comments. I have been taking this for 30 days and so far have no decrease in blood pressure or noticed any other positive benefits. I will continue to take the rest of the bottle (one more month) and will update my review when completed.

I took this for two weeks and could not see any effects.
