Complete FALSE advertising it is not “plug & play” if you have to download software for it to work. Guess it should of thrown a red flag when it says a flash drive is only compatible with certain OS’. It’s because of the software is only compatible with certain OS’ And the apps looks hella stretch, misspelled words in description, etc

Great flash drive, fast, easy to use. Will give 4-5 stars for just one thing. The photos and videos when transfer to the USB will loose the EXIF information! The original taken date, camera, camare settings etc... So if you transfer your photos from the iPhone to the USB and then copy them to your photos PC/Mac app, they will not carry the EXIF information. PLease fix this!!!

I bought this USB drive for the sole purpose of putting a bunch of movies on it, which would allow me to watch them on any device, whether it was my laptop, phone, or iPad. The drive took several minutes per movie to transfer, which led to hours wasted on loading up the drive. Then, when I tried to watch movies off the drive, it was too slow to even watch them smoothly in real time. The experience was plauged with stutters and artifacts on the movies. In the end, it was borderline unusable for my use case.

I was not able to get it to download multiple photos or groupings of photos that I wanted from my iphone. Maybe this would work if you only have a few photos that you want to put on the drive but I had a huge amount of photos. It ended up being easier uploading them to dropbox.

Works well and durable. No issues. Does what it is suppose to do. Makes easier to transfer and store files and pictures. Really like it.

This product does NOT work properly!!!! It looked like it had been opened when I received it and it won’t connect correctly and disconnects in the middle of a backup!!! Super frustrating!!!!

App was difficult to figure out

This was very easy to use. We don't take many pictures so even a 128 GB should last us for years.
