My 4 year old loves Diesel 10 so much so when we received this in the mail he was very very happy. He has been playing with it all day. So we are very much satisfied and we love this item so much. It works well and it's a really a great addition to his trackmaster collection.

A must have for the collection
My son loved it! He is 3 yrs old and he loves Thomas and Friends. I live how the face gets dirty then clean.

For some reason the train stopped working a few days ...
For some reason the train stopped working a few days after we got it in the mail. I have never had any problems with the trains in the past. Maybe I got a lemon. I changed out the bottom with an old train and it works now. My son loves crashing the train.

This works great on the tracks and the crash mechanics works great. No issues we are pleased with it.

A must for your Trackmaster collection
Oh my boys just love the Trackmaster trains. We have a lot of them to prove it. This one just added a little something different to the Trackmaster line. love it

Disappointed
My son really likes this train. Unfortunately, the side panel that pops out keeps coming off. It fell of as soon as we took it out of the box.

The train itself runs great; however
My son loves Trackmaster trains and has been wanting Diesel 10 for a while so I got him this one. When we got this one, he was so excited and could not wait to get it out of the box to play with! The train itself runs great; however, the side panel that pops open when he hits the rock will not stay closed. Even when Diesel 10 does not hit the rock, the panel on the side will start to open from just the track. This became bothersome after a while. Also, sometimes when Diesel 10 does crash into the rock, the face does not flip or does not flip back to the normal one. In the future, I probably will avoid the crash and repair trains and stick to the regular Trackmaster ones.

Item arrived faulty.
Item was disappointing as the power switch on the top didn't turn the motor on every time like it should. Not easy trying to explain to my young son that it needed to be returned
