Have these in every pair of shoes / boots I use - great for my plantar fasciitis and flat feet.

Very firm supports, quite rigid, might be too firm for many

Brought these for my Dr Martens to provide better support. They were far too wide for my boots which meant I have to cut them down quite a bit, when walking on the insoles they weren't supportive enough for both feet. The insoles provided pain in one foot so ultimately I've removed them.

Took a good few days to readjust to these but they provide great support and keep your feet in the posture god intended, as I say they can be uncomfortable at first but you will get used to it after about 4-5 days

Easy to size and insert. Bought for use with wellington boots. Needed to trim the edges further but easily done and feet now more comfy. I'm ladies size 7 and of average weight- but I feel like the foam will compress quickly and these will need replacing often.

This product wasn't suitable for me not to say it wouldn't be for someone else, it is. Quite wide in the foot and it came up large meaning my foot couldn't sit in It correctly... Also the arch support ended up digging into my foot and causing more problems for me

I like them very much for comfort and they have helped my posture and the pain in my knees so i am well pleased

These are great for a while but only had for a short time and feet are aching already so now need new ones
