Best thing I've found for gluten-free bread
Anyone who bakes gluten-free bread knows you're not working with dough, it's batter, so making anything smaller than a loaf is challenging. The good news is that this works really well. 500 grams of flour makes 8 nice deep oval bread rolls in the small size tray. I prove in the moulds then put straight into the oven, though I recommend using an oven tray or baking sheet under the moulds to keep it rigid. The perforated base gives a lovely crisp crust underneath. Easy to turn out, and easy to wash.

An excellent solution to a long-standing problem
I've been baking bread for many years, and I bow to no-one in the quality of my loaves. But my bread rolls have always been a flop. I just never seem to get the shape right. The dough invariably spreads out during the proving stage, resulting in a flat roll which is often too thin to slice. So when I saw this baguette tray, I naturally had to give it a try.I'm glad I did. It has proved to be a complete success. I am now baking good-looking rolls with just the right shape and texture.I've found that I can use my standard loaf recipes when using this product, although I've slightly decreased the baking time (by ten minutes or so, depending on the size of the rolls). It took me a couple of trials to get the quantities right. I now reckon that the amount of dough that makes a 450-gram loaf will produce about six good-sized rolls or eight smaller dinner rolls. I like to bake in batches for the freezer, so I'll probably order a second tray so that I can make up to 16 rolls at a time. One little tip: it's probably best not to glaze the rolls. I sometimes glaze my loaves with a little egg or milk to give them a shiny look. When I did that with the rolls, some excess liquid fell onto the silicone and got burned on, making the tray harder to clean. This is not a big problem, but something to keep in mind.Even with this minor inconvenience, I'm happy to recommend this product.

Fab tray
First time used and rolls were a complete success. Tray has rigid edges which is great and easier to lift etc than other silicone ones. The holes on the bottom leave the base with a nice crust. Would highly recommend.

Great! Been using for several months.
We bake bread almost every day, and this baguette tray is a big help with clean up-- no sticking and the bread comes out easily. Been using a few months now and it is holding up perfectly.

Brilliant Buns
Absolutely amazing for baking gluten free rolls. Gluten free bread dough is much wetter than normal dough so can't be shaped into rolls so this makes it ideal.

This is silicone and not metal!
I really thought that this was going to be metal when I ordered it but it is not. However, I have used it twice and it is ideal for making small loaves in. They come out really crispy all around because of the holes in the bottom. You have to be careful taking it out of the oven because it is flexible but otherwise am really pleased with the purchase. It also washes really well and should last for quite a bit. Would definitely buy again.

Good quality
I did put this on a baking tray to assist with stability but my rolls turned out without any problems. Recommend, does exactly as it should.
